66: Always Speak your Mind

After setting up the Logistics Jaune joins the rescue operation as his tech's scanning ability and strength was a great asset to the mission on hand

We see light scanning a collapsed building and then the rubble was lifted

There was a mother and child stuck beneath the slab of concrete as it was revealed that Iron Man chucked the debris to a more stable location as to not cause any more instability

Son: Mommy! Look! It's Iron Man!!!!

Jaune: it's alright everyone, everything is gonna be okay.

As he re assures them to not cause stress and calms down the situation as he scans them for any injuries, he found that the mother suffered some lacerations and had a few broken bones

He gently lifts the lady to a clear area with lighting to get a better look, he supports her broken limb as he deploys nanites to form metal planks as he forms a splint, he then created a nano fiber cloth and used it as a bandage

Once he finished mending their injuries he called for a group of iron legionnaires to get them to get proper medical treatment

Kid: thank you Iron Man!!!

Mother: thank you.

He nods as they left, he heard something crumble as he sees Dekiru saving more people

He saw him helping our Ruby who needed more strength to get rid of the rubble surrounding the site

Ruby: wow you're really strong.

Izuku: yeah I get that a lot.

......

Ruby: is something wrong?

Izuku: nothing. Just something stuck in my mind.

They heard a voice descending on them

Jaune: speak your mind Izuku.

Izuku: nii-san.

Ruby: nisan?

Jaune: it means older brother.

Izuku: there was this.....little girl that asked me for help.

Jaune: but?

I don't know if senpai felt it too but I felt scared at his gaze...every fiber of my being just stopped moving and let him take her away.

Then a hand was on his shoulder as Jaune looked at him as his helmet collapses

Jaune: there is no shame in what you did.

Izuku looked at him confused

Jaune: if you fought that man right then and there something bad might have happened.

Izuku: but she....

Jaune: if you died would that help that little girl?

Izuku: I......

Jaune: a Live Hero is more helpful than a Dead Martyr. That's now how I taught you.

Izuku lowers his head

Jaune: But. Since you were able to report back we can find out who that bastard is and where he lives.

And we can save that girl without anyone else getting hurt. Alright?
