Izuku continues his Internships with Gran Torino and Miruko as he finally came to the realization
The he could better control One for All by letting it flow through out his body than the re routing technique he developed from watching Jaune
He came up with this new technique after getting an inspiration from Gran Torino
And One For All Full Cowling was born the percentage he could manage raised to 37 percent as he noticed breaking his hand when he went over
He still needs to develop his strength which was where Miruko comes in as she gave him Endurance and Strength Training further increasing the percentage through the coming days
Now at 39 percent he was ready to go out on his first patrol
But this Patrol will contain more action as the League of Villains once again coming out of the wood work as Nomu attacks the City
Izuku felt dread knowing what happened to lida and following his instincts he jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire in search for his friend
Jaune was back in his workshop alone this time
But his night is abruptly interrupted hearing Tony warn him to watch the news
He turned on the T.V and saw the City was under attack and he knew Izuku was taking his first Patrol and he would be in the front lines again
He looked to the new Iron Man Suit as he gets ready

Tony: he just activated his phone's GPS and he sent the message to his contacts. Nearest one is a few minutes out.
He put the pedal to the metal and rockets though the night skies to get to Izuku's Location
