Zach and I both sat up right instantly and with that I heard Macey's voice, "Princess Zoe may I come in. I have a very urgent message to deliver to you."

"Come in" I said quite disappointed. Macey came rushing in but stopped all of a sudden when she saw Zach in my room, sitting well quite close to me.

I broke the silence, "yes, what urgent matter I must attend to" I turned to Zach. "Unfortunately royalty means I never get a free minute" he understood what I meant, he chuckled, making my heart melt.

"Well I must be leaving princess-"

"Zoe will do""Of course. Please excuse me Zoe Marie but my butler is probably waiting for me to come and um well it seems like you are busy. So until next time Zoe Marie"

I didn't get I chance to reply as he left so fast but also I was amazed at how he was the only one who called me Zoe Marie but also at how charming he was.

I turned my attention to Macey. "Yes what is this urgent matter that could wait not wait a while" I said with absolute deflation.

"Well um ..... Well. Oh god Princess the Spanish family are to come in discuss the ongoing issues with New Asia!"

I was stunned, shocked and in absolute fear.

"And well will um the prince Stephen also be attending""Yes as the heir to the throne he must attend as this pact will be carried out during his reign""And will they be staying here in this palace"

"Of course" although Macey knew of mine and Stephen's affair she acted like it was no big deal.I buried my head in my hands. I was so confused.

"Why does it always happen to me? Just when thing start to get straight they start to fall apart again. How can I face his and not fall in love with him again. How am I meant to concentrate on the selection when my ex-lover will be wondering my palace?"
