[TW] This chapter gets right into the dark shit, so if you'd rather not read that then skip past the first section (it's all in bold)
----------
Hooray, wish granted, nightmare time. I'm trapped in the same restraints Bakugo was in when he was kidnapped, but instead I'm sitting where I usually sit in class. All the desks are turned to look at me instead of the front of the room, and even though they have no faces I can tell everyone is staring at me.
The only people with faces, Bakugo and Aizawa, step forward. Aizawa looks disappointed and Bakugo is clearly pissed.
"You can do better than this. You're an awful hero and an even worse villain." Aizawa says coldly. His voice echoes as if we're in a cave.
"You don't deserve to be here! You don't deserve to be anywhere! You should've died with your parents!" Bakugo's voice echoes even more than Aizawa's.
I want to shake my head, to cry, to yell, anything, but I can't. I'm frozen in place, completely powerless. A soft sound starts up, slowly getting louder. The combined voices of the entire class chanting.
They say every insult I've been called my whole life, one by one, over and over and over again. The words hurt. Not just mentally, but physically. Every insult repeated feels like a stab to the chest.

I sit upright as I wake up in a cold sweat, shivering and sobbing softly. The sun is already out. I got a full nights sleep, but I feel like I haven't slept in weeks. I groan as I stand up, trying to stay upright even though my legs feel like wet noodles.
"I regret what I said last night... That nightmare was even worse than my last one..."
I quickly get dressed and head down to the ground floor. When I get down there, the whole class is grouped near Aizawa.
"L/N, you're up later than usual. I was just telling your classmates that you all will be featured in a newspaper article. The reporter will be here soon."
"Alright, I'm going up to my-" Aizawa's scarf wraps around me suddenly, freezing me in place.
"You are not to leave this floor of the building. If you did it would defeat the purpose of this article. "
I sigh as he releases me, heading over to a couch and sitting on it. Aizawa continues talking to the class for a bit and then there's a new voice.
"Don't worry on my account, Mr. Aizawa. I wanna get a feel for what dorm life is really like, so there's no need for them to act any different than normal."
"Tch. If that's the case then I should be allowed to stay in my room all day." I mumble, earning a glare from Aizawa.
"I didn't say you could come in yet." He says to the reporter without looking away from the class.
"I was told I had from 8am to 6pm. So unless my watch is wrong..." He waits for Aizawa to lower his scarf before getting closer. "Hello, everyone, my name is Taneo Tokuda. I'm looking forward to learning more about you all."
"Don't get your hopes up. I'm not telling you anything and half of these idiots are such open books that it's impossible to learn anything new about them."
"Well, can certainly try. Now, as I said, you don't need to do anything special. Just go about your day exactly as you normally would. The camera will do most of the work. I might ask the occasional question or two, and I hope you'll answer."
I just roll my eyes, staring at the ceiling. "At least we don't have hero training today. This would be ten times worse if we did."
I watch as the others start getting ready for breakfast. "Don't bother with getting me anything to eat, I'm not hungry."

This guy has been following us around all day. Even if it's his job, it's still annoying. Not to mention that he keeps trying to ask me questions.
It's lunchtime now, and I'm sitting at the same table as Bakugo, but I'm next to Snaggletooth since Bakugo is still pissed at me and he's the second least annoying out of the group.
"Hey, L/N," I groan upon hearing my name leave SparkPlug's mouth, but I look over at him. "Why do you always wait until everyone leaves the locker room before you go in and change?"
"Oh yeah, I've noticed that! Also, I've never seen you wear shorts or long sleeves. You even have a different gym uniform than us."
"Tch. Don't ask too many questions, he might start yelling at you for wanting to know about him."
"Fuck off." I mumble before shovelling rice into my mouth.
"Geez, what happened between them? Usually L/N is the person Bakugo is the least angry at."
"What the hell are you talking about? He's always pissed at me, he's just extra mad now. He's been mad at me since we met."
"You seriously think I'm still mad about the kidnapping? I could tell you didn't want to be a part of that. I'm mad because you're an idiot who doesn't even realize when people want to be friends with him. I may push people away too, but at least I know that they care about me." Despite his obviously furious tone, he's not yelling, which only makes me feel like he's holding something back.

We're back in the dorms finally, and I'm sitting on the couch next to Bakugo. Well, 'sitting' is a bit of a stretch. Bakugo is sitting, I'm lying down with my legs over his and my head on the armrest. I can tell Bakugo is mad, but he doesn't do anything to stop me.
"Hey, has anyone ever told you that you smell like burnt sugar when you sweat?" I ask, propping myself up on my elbows to look him in the eyes.
"What?! Have you been sniffing me?"
"No, you were just sweating a lot during training and I can still smell it whenever I breathe in."
"Guys! It's time for dinner!"
I sigh and stand up. "Great, now I have to stop annoying you." I walk over and take a seat. A little bit later, after almost everyone is seated, Floaty pokes her head through the door.
"Allmight brought us a tasty snack!" She walks in with Bush-Head, who holds up a plastic bag. "Meat buns!" They put them on the table and start passing them out.
"I bet I could catch one in my mouth. Snaggletooth, take my bun, take a few steps back, and throw it." I say as I hand him the bun.
"This is very childish, you shouldn't play with your food."
"Shut it, Four-Eyes, this is gonna be awesome." I turn back to Snaggletooth and nod, signaling for him to toss it. He does so and I catch it between my teeth, throwing my hands up and whooping.
"Nice! Quick question though, why didn't you ask Bakugo to throw it? He was closer to you."
I take a bite of the bun and then pull the rest of it out of my mouth, chewing and swallowing. "Mm, he's still mad at me, and he throws too hard when he's mad."
"Y'know, he kinda has the right to be mad at you. I mean, he made a good point earlier at lunch. You-" SparkPlug shuts up when he sees the glare I'm giving him.
Thankfully, the topic is dropped and everyone goes back to eating, letting me have a relatively peaceful dinner.
[A/N] I'm gonna be honest, I hate how the next chapter is turning out, so I'm gonna put this back on hiatus for a while and post the other fic I've been working on.
