"I'm so tired," Aiah groaned as they finished practicing their performance of "Salamin, Salamin" for their upcoming first-ever solo concert.

Mikha, her heart racing, picked up a water bottle and tossed it to Aiah with a playful grin. "Catch!" she called out. Aiah caught the bottle with ease, smiling back, her eyes lingering on Mikha for a heartbeat longer than usual. "Thanks. Ang galing mo kanina. Bakit ba pasikot-sikot para bang—"

"You're so annoying talaga! Part ni Stacey naman 'yun, eh," Mikha rolled her eyes, unable to hide her smile. She found the other girl cute, though she wouldn't admit it out loud.

Sheena, noticing her friends' tired demeanor, suggested ordering food to recharge. "Guys, gutom na rin ako. Anong gusto niyo orderin? Tara, sabihin niyo lang."

"Ikaw magbabayad? Tara, wolfgang," Maloi responded with a laugh.

"Jusko, 'wag na!" Sheena said, rolling her eyes with a laugh.

Aiah looked up from her phone, a faint smile playing on her lips. "Hmm, basta may kanin, okay na 'ko."

Mikha nodded in agreement, still scrolling through her phone absentmindedly. "Sige, kahit ano. Basta mabilis lang. So hungry na!"

As they waited for their food delivery from Grab, the atmosphere was quiet, filled only with the soft tapping of fingers on screens. Aiah stole glances at Mikha from time to time, her heart racing with unspoken words she dared not utter.

Finally, Mikha broke the silence, her voice light but with a hint of tension. "Okay ka lang, ate Aiah?"

Aiah chuckled nervously, her gaze flickering away momentarily. "Yeah! Sorry, was distracted lang."

Mikha raised an eyebrow playfully. "By who?"

Aiah grinned back, trying to deflect. "Nye nye nye!"

Their conversation danced around the unspoken, each word loaded with meaning they both understood but dared not acknowledge. Stacey, sensing the tension, couldn't resist teasing them from across the room.

"Oy, lovebirds, 'wag kayong masyadong sweet d'yan ha! Baka mabawasan ang focus natin sa concert," Stacey quipped with a knowing smirk.

Aiah and Mikha laughed nervously, their cheeks tinged with a hint of pink. "Baliw ka talaga, Staku. Ewan ko sa'yo," Mikha protested, secretly grateful for the distraction.

Mikha nudged Aiah playfully, their eyes meeting briefly before they both looked away, a silent agreement hanging between them. They would continue this dance of playful banter and hidden glances, keeping their feelings safe in the shadows until the time was right.

Colet sighed heavily, her brows furrowed in frustration as she slumped back in her chair. "Grabe, guys, nasstress ako. Lahat tayo may solo performance tapos ako wala pa akong maisip na magandang concept."
