The very next day, commotion stirred on Baker Street as two young individuals were escorted out of a private detective consultant agency, their identities concealed under black sacks that failed to hide the dried blood on their skin. Inosuke and Zenitsu oversaw the process, while Nezuko remained by Tanjiro's side inside his office.
"Did you finally get what you're looking for?" Nezuko asked her brother.
"It's been rough. I would have preferred a different approach," Tanjiro replied, his gaze shifting to the bloodied carpet and broken chairs strewn around.
"So, what's next? Another adventure?" Nezuko inquired.
"You know this isn't for fun, Nezuko... Well, maybe a little," Tanjiro admitted.
"Then take us with you this time. That way, none of this can happen again," Nezuko suggested earnestly.
"Alright."
"We won't be a burden, you know. We can help—" Nezuko started, surprised by her own suggestion.
"I said I'm bringing our full force," Tanjiro interrupted, standing up. "We've been playing into our adversary's hands for too long. It's about time to change the tune as well."
"Pack everything you need. We're heading straight for the lion's den."
"Hai."

Outside a quaint cafe in the heart of the city, two women sat at a table with drinks, dressed inconspicuously as they awaited someone's arrival.
"Aoi?"
"Yes, Kanao?"
"When will he be here?" Kanao casually sipped her coffee.
"He told me he'd arrive around this time," Aoi replied calmly.
"Speaking of which, there he is."
Kanao signaled as a young man approached. He wore a grey cloak and matching hat, his hair flickering like flames in the breeze. With a gentle smile, he bowed respectfully.
"Greetings to both of you. Apologies for the delay; some unavoidable matters arose," he explained briefly.
"It's been a while, Senjuro-kun," Kanao greeted, standing to bow slightly. "How have you been faring these days?"
"Quiet, until your letter arrived. I didn't expect to be called upon again after all this time," Senjuro replied, joining them at the table. "So, what is this about?"
"We're on a hunt, Senjuro-kun," Kanao stated, taking another sip. "For a man named Kokushibo—elusive, with no known whereabouts."
"Hmm... true. Even in the underworld, he's a shadow figure," Senjuro mused.
"Yet, we're determined to find him for our mission," Aoi interjected.
"Finding him isn't the sole mission?" Senjuro questioned.
"Not entirely. Will you assist us?" Kanao asked.
"I'm not sure how helpful I can be," Senjuro hesitated.
"Not helpful? Despite not following your brother's path, you've aided him from the shadows, gathering information," Kanao reminded him. "Isn't that why he achieved so much?"
"Even so, my brother did all the work. I merely offered hints," Senjuro rebutted. "But you want me to find a ghost—a rumor."
"Hence why we're focused on someone related to this ghost. You've heard the rumors, right?" Kanao pressed gently.
