•STILL AT JHOANNA'S OFFICE•
COLET'S POV:
I'm still at Professor Robles office. Parehas lang kaming tahimik na my ina'asikaso. Wala sana akong gagawin kung hindi ko na'bangga 'tong anak ni Elsa. She's still buys on her laptop while me is busy writing on the paper. Meron lang akong kailangan gayahin and may binigay naman siyang copy. Pasalamat siya maganda ako mag sulat.
I'm still writing and something came in my stomach. Nagugutom na'ko.
"Prof Robles?" I said and she's still focusing in her laptop.
"What now, Vergara?" she said and her eyes glued in her laptop.
"If you're just going to say nonsense things it's better to keep your mouth shut and finish that work--" I didn't finished her sentence yet when i cut her. Ang daming sinasabi nagugutom lang naman ako.
"Gutom na po ako, Prof" I said and pouted. She just raised her one eyebrow. Napaka maldita talaga.
"Dead batt na po ako hehe" I said show my phone.
"What do you want?" She stop what her doing and get her phone.
"Donut and hamburger" I said and smile widely.
"Tskk. Fine!" She said and roll her eyes. Then she's now scrolling on her phone.
"Luhh! Baka pati ulo ni Prof umikot na sa kakairap niya" I said in my mind. Baka marinig ako kapag sinabi ko.
Minutes later. Nagsusulat padin ako st siya naman ay nakatutok padin sa kanyang laptop. Tahimik lang ako, kasi baka kung ano na naman sabihin ng babaeng 'to. While still warting ay kinuha niya yung phone niya at parang may chineck tapos binabad din agad at nilagay sa may gilid ng table niya.
"Food's here. Get them now Vergara, delivery man is waiting at the gate" She said and focused again on her laptop.
"Okay po!! Thank you Prof" I said and stood up quickly then leave it at the office.
Nandito na'ko ngayon sa ibaba ng building at papunta sa Gate. Dahil nandun daw yung delivery man. Nagmamadali na'ko mag lakad papunta sa gate at nakita ko na si Manong Delivery man na bitbit yung order.
"Bayad na'po ba ito, Kuya?" Tanong ko kay Manong ng ibigay sa'akin yung in'order.
"Ah yes po, Ma'am" He said and was about to leave when i call him.
"Ito po kuya, sainyo na'po yan. Thank you po" Sabi ko at napangiti naman siya.
"HALA, thank you po ma'am" Manong said and he drove away.
"Uubustin ko 'to!!" Sabi ko at babalik na sana room ng biglang may tumawag sakin.
"Baby" Someone call me then i turned around to see who he is.
"Bakit ka nandito?" Tanong ko at nagulat ako dahil nandito siya.
"Eh? Diba nag message ako sa'yo? Nabasa mo naman dahil nag seen ka" He said and oo nga pala. Nakalimutan ko kasi kasama ko si Prof Robles.
"Saan ka ba nag punta? I've been calling you for almost an hour" He said and look worried.
"I'm sorry baby, my phone ran out of battery. Kailangan ko ring tulungan yung Prof ko dahil may nangyari lang" I said and felt guilty.
"I'm sorry if I kept you waiting" I said and still felt guilty.
"It's fine baby. Ang importante nandito kana ngayon" He said then hugged me.
