My heart raced so intensely that every moment felt unbearable. I hastily fastened my seatbelt, but it didn't bring much reassurance—my body trembled, and I felt icy cold.

Strange thoughts plagued my mind, sending chills down my spine...

Why did he forcibly drag me into his car?

Wasn't that excessive? What had provoked his anger? Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the car came to a stop. I watched his every move as he exited the vehicle, storming towards me in a fury.

He yanked open the door with force, avoiding eye contact, unbuckling my seatbelt and enveloping me in his godly intense, masculine scent.

I couldn’t help but to be blessed with his muscular neck and sharp jawline, which made my cheeks flush and sent a rush of warmth through me, accompanied by butterflies in my stomach.

However, his rough grip abruptly snapped me back to reality as pain shot through my body. He held my hand tightly, as if his life depended on it.

There’s a saying, right? Don’t judge a book by its cover. In this case, it couldn’t be more accurate. I was left speechless as he dragged me toward the main entrance. All I could think about was his impressive physique.

The door was the deepest black, and he pushed it open effortlessly, showcasing the strength behind his muscles. As this what muscles are made for. But his anger made me angry and furious at the same time because what have I done wrong!? Exactly nothing.

“What’s wrong with you?” I asked, confusion and anger coursing through me. But he just dragged me up the stairs with ease, while for me, it felt like a nightmare. To keep from tripping, I lifted my dress slightly.

He opened the door of his room and made me turn to him as I met his face as he looked so, monstrous making me scared under his deadly glare and then he slapped me hard, making tears well up in my eyes as I fell to the ground. But he pulled me up and pinned me against the wall. Pain surged through me as I looked into his fierce, enraged gaze.

“How dare you invite him?” he yelled, causing me to flinch as I don't even know what's going on. “Who?” I whispered in fear, gazing into his fiery eyes.

They burned with rage. “LEE HYUN WOO!” he roared, his anger palpable. But Something inside me just snapped—how could he slap me?!

He’s my uncle, my father’s own brother, I exclaimed, furious. This endless questioning was infuriating. Was all of this just for a trivial investigation? How ridiculous!

He was responsible for the failure of my mother’s case. “You're the murderer! You killed my mother!” he shouted, his eyes blazing, veins protruding with fury.

His words shattered my heart into a million pieces. They dragged all the trauma with them, and it was unbearable. My hand clenched into a fist while tears threatened to spill from my eyes. Holding them back was tough, but I was determined.

I stood in the Supreme Court with my secretary

I stood in the Supreme Court with my secretary. “Mr. Min, did the eyewitnesses arrive?” I asked quietly, anxiety swelling within me.

“No, sir. I think they’ll be late,” he replied, his head bowed, making me even more nervous.

“Make sure they come,” I demanded sharply. I would not let her escape justice for ruining my life—and my mother’s. Then, I noticed a man approaching me, stopping right in front.

“Are you waiting for the eyewitnesses?” he smirked as his eyes were filled with a unknown happiness Before I could process it, everything clicked, igniting my anger.

“They’ll never come,” he chuckled darkly, crossing the line that I set. He would regret that, for standing by her side. “What did you do to them?” I asked, blood boiling with rage. Had he sent his thugs to sabotage the case?

“Just a kidnapping,” he smiled, startling me. How low could he go? I grabbed his collar. “Who are you?” I demanded furiously. “I’m Yn’s very beloved uncle—LEE HYUN WOO,” he replied, pulling my hands and brushing my hands off his shirt.

“What are you going to do? You can’t do anything. You don’t understand how far this goes,” he scoffed before walking away, leaving me seething. Her reputation was so tarnished that she couldn't maintain an innocent facade.

I vowed never to let her win this case. I muttered quietly, gritting my teeth. First, I had to meet with my lawyer.

YN'S POV:

I sat in my car while my mother sobbed beside me. I had no words, so I remained silent. When I stepped out of the car, I was met by a swarm of reporters.

“Did you try to hurt that poor woman?”

“Was it intentional?”

“Did you seek revenge on another businessman’s mother?”

“Do you have issues with Jeon Jungkook?”

I felt dizzy from the barrage of questions as they jostled for space. The situation was chaotic, and police scrambled to control the crowd. I brushed past them, determined to enter the court.

“Are you a murderer?” one reporter shouted, freezing me in my tracks. My world turned upside down—from “Teen CEO” to “Murderer.”

My hands became cold, and fear enveloped me, I froze in middle of the choas and reporters were pushing me then Suddenly out of nowhere, a man pulled me aside. I saw his face and felt tears streaming down my cheeks.
