26 - having feelings

It was 4th period, the class before lunch.

I really started to worry about the sketchbook thing.

I had private things in there and really didn't want anyone to see, especially Matt.

If he ever sees that drawing I'm done for.

I tried to think of anything else but I couldn't.

I still haven't talked to Chris and wasn't really planning to.

After class I was planning to eat lunch with Nick, Debby, Matt and Madi.

Finally the bell rang and I went out into the halls.

I stop at a pin board in the hallway that everyone was surrounding.

My face drops when I notice all over the pin board were MY DRAWINGS.

And the bad thing was the artwork was SIGNED with my name.

Tears of embarrassment filled my eyes.

When people started noticing I was there I really needed to get out of there.

I start running until I found an empty classroom.

I could feel myself breaking down.

No one could know what I drew. It was so embarrassing.

I use my sketchbook like a diary.

I basically draw all my feelings, including having feeling for Matt.

I cried uncontrollably.

I felt my phone pinging every second, it was probably Nick or Debby.

Suddenly I heard the door of the classroom open.

Holy fuck, it's Matt.

I wanted the ground to swallow me whole.

"Oh my god r u ok" he says when he seeing me crying.

I shake my head 'no' with my face in my palms.

I was so embarrassed, he definitely saw the drawings.

He came and sat next to me on the ground.

"Look, I wanna kinda talk to you.." he said.

My heart skipped a beat, I was so nervous.

I took my face out my hands and looked at the floor in front of me.

I waited for him to say something, but nothing came out his mouth.

I turned to him looking at the ground.

"Matt?" I say confused.

He turns to me and suddenly his lips are on mine.
