8 - I'll pay

We got to bath and bodyworks and I went to look at some perfume while Madi and Nick went to the candles.

I couldn't see Matt anywhere, so I assumed he was waiting outside.

I stood for a while, smelling each type of perfume to see what ones smell the best until I saw from the corner of my eye Matt looking at fucking bathbombs.

He literally looked so confused it was hilarious.

I focused on my perfume until Matt came over to me.

"Hey I'm so confused" Matt says as he walks over.

"I see that" I say as I pick up a perfume bottle and smell it.

"Smell" I say handing Matt a bottle of 'so...?' spray.

Matt sprays it in the air and smells it, his eyes widen at the wonderful scent.

"Yeah" I say agreeing with his action. "Red velvet"

"So this is why girls wear this all the time? Damn us boys have been missing out" Matt says facing me.

We start picking up more bottles and smelling them one at a time.

There was so many great scents, such as Ibiza Dreams, Pink great fruit, and Bali breeze.

I ended up picking Red velvet and started walking over to Nick and Madi at the candles.

"Hey I'm getting this, you guys getting anything?" I say as I walk over holding my perfume up so they can see what I'm getting.

"Uhm, yeah I'm getting this candle" Madi says as she holds the candle.

"Nick?" I ask.

"Nah I don't like anything here at the minute" Nick says shrugging.

"Okay well let's go pay" I say as I start to walk off with Madi.

Nick and Matt stay and decide to wait for us outside.

"Yo we're totally missing out with them sprays" Matt says as him and Nick step outside.

"What the fuck r u talking about" Nick says confused as fuck.

"Them sprays over there" Matt says pointing over to the giant display of perfume.

"Ehm, sure" Nick says having a confused worried look on his face.

A couple minutes later me and Madi were done paying and went over to Nick and Matt.

"Hey where do we go next?" Madi asks as she looks at us waiting for an answer.

"Well they just opened an urban here" I say looking around for a reaction.

"Yesss!!" said Madi excitedly.

"Urbans good" Nick says as we look at Matt to see what he had to say. It takes Matt a couple seconds to respond.

"Why r u all looking at me like that?" Matt says looking up from his phone to us.

"You wanna go or nah?" Nick asks.

"Uhm, yeah sure?" Matt says in monotone.

We start walking to Urban.

When we got there, Nick and Matt went up to the men's section while me and Madi go over to the woman's.

We look at a bunch of pjs and then Christmas slippers.

After the pj section we went over to the main woman's clothing.

We looked at a bunch of random things such as jeans, flairs and over sized tees.

"Oh my god" I hear Madi say as he grabs a crop top from the wrack. "I've been looking for this for sooo long! Finally!!"

"Did you know that Emma Chamberlain owns this?" Madi says sounding excited to find such an iconic peice of clothing.

"Ah! I'm so buying this!!"

I just giggled and continued to look for jeans.

I eventually found a really cute pair.

"These r so nice, don't u think?" I say holding up a pair of black cargos.

"Yes! You should really get them" Madi says nodding her head with her eyebrows raised.

We look around for a long time and after a while decided to go over to the boys.

"Hey" Madi says as we walk over to Matt and Nick looking at over sized hoodies.

"Wassup" Matt says.

"Hey I'm getting this" Nick says holding up a red and black sweater.

"Ok me and Madi r getting these" I say.

"Ok well we should get going" Nick says. "Matt u getting anything?"

"Uhm yeah I'm getting these" Matt says holding a pair of blue jeans.

We walk over to the line and wait for our turn. Nick and Madi went to pay by themselves and Me and Matt went over to pay for our things.

First the woman scanned my things.

"Alright that will be 160.99$, pay when ur ready" the woman behind the counter says as she turns to her colleague next to her and starts talking.

"Shit" I say as I dig in my wallet for more money.

"What?" Matt asks looking at me confused.

"I don't have enough" I say sighing.

I could feel Matts gaze at the side of my head.

"I'll pay" he says going to tap his card.

"No way, I'll just cancel somethings" I say taking away a t-shirt from the pile.

"No seriously" Matt says as he stares at me going to tap his card.

I felt guilty for making Matt pay for me, but I also felt confused.

Why would he do that?

Matt payed for his jeans.

"Thank you have a nice day" I hear the woman say as I pick up my bag and walk away with Matt.

Madi and Nick were already done paying and were waiting for us at the door.

"We should go to the fair now" Nick says as we start walking off.

A couple minutes of walking we arrive at the fair.
