There was barely a single soul in Beacon Hills High School who didn't want to be, be with, or befriend Skylar Stilinski. Straight A student, Cheer Captain along with many other sports, Junior rep, and on her way to being student body president and overall friendly person. Though last night had certainly made her cranky.
Unlike her brother, Sky made a name for herself. She wanted out of this nowhere town and the only way to do that was to do and be good at everything. Which meant showing up to school looking in tip-top shape even though she had been bitten by a wolf the night prior. The bandages were slightly visible past the collar of her long-sleeved ribbed shirt but she was sure no one would ask, especially since she'd used makeup to hide eye bags.
She hopped out of Lydia's car, tossing her bag over her good shoulder and fixing her hair. “Love finally being back at school,” Sky smiled as she looked around.
“I know,” Lydia responded happily. Skylar and the younger girl shared many classes due to both being geniuses, to those who Lydia didn't like she was a bitch but to Skylar, she was actually an insanely good friend. “One semester closer to graduating.”
“Lydia, your sophomore year isn't even over yet,” Sky laughed as she and Lydia walked towards the school entrance. “Don't start thinking so much about graduation yet.”
“We both know I could graduate early if I wanted,” Lydia chuckled back as she glanced at Sky's shoulder. “What happened to your shoulder?”
“Fell while jogging,” Sky lied easily As the pair passed Stiles and Scott. “Hey Lydia,” Stiles called as they passed, earning a flip-off from his sister and nothing from the girl of his dreams.
The pair walked to their lockers laughing and gossiping the whole way. They had things to catch up on after not seeing eachother over winter break.
"I heard we're getting a new girl," Lydia informed as the pair stopped by her locker.
"Hope she's nice," Sky giggled as she opened her locker that was only a few away from Lydia's.
It was strange for the school to get new students, especially halfway through the year. Sky liked knowing everyone so she was more ecstatic than her friend.
"Who knows, she might be," Lydia smiled not really caring. The pair grabbed their books as the bell rang for first period.

Sky's first class of the day was being an office aid, something she took quite seriously. Usually, it meant printing papers for an hour but today it meant showing a new student around. She made her way toward the school entrance when she heard a phone ringing. She looked around the empty hallway and saw nothing, it rang again, way too loud for her ears as she quickly covered them and walked outside to see the new girl hanging up her phone.
“Sorry to keep you waiting,” Sky greeted as she walked up to the bench the girl was sitting on, trying to act like she hadn't covered her ears in pain at the simple sound of a phone ringing. “Allison right? I'm Sky, your personal tour guide for the day.”
“Nice to meet you,” Allison replied as she stood and shook the older girl’s hand.
The pair started their way to Allison's first class, which was English. On the way Sky kept picking up on every small noise, chewing gum, desks moving, note passing, mumbling. She was about to lose it when she turned to Allison and asked, “So you're from San Francisco, right? Were you born there?”
Allison looked at the girl sheepishly and smiled. “No, but we lived there for more than a year, which was unusual. Have you lived anywhere else?”
“No, my dad’s sheriff so we've lived here all my life,” Sky chuckled, glancing at the girl. “But I plan on getting out of here when I graduate.” They made their way to the door of Allison's English class and the pair walked in, only to be met with the eyes of twenty bored students, including Scott and Stiles. “Hi,” she greeted the classroom. “This is Allison Argent, she's new. Please treat her kindly.”
She sent Stiles a warning glare before smiling at Allison and leaving.
