“You know I had plans tonight,” Scott complained as Derek parked his car in front of his house before getting out.
“Whatever plans you had with your little girlfriend can wait for some other time,” Derek retorted as he walked towards the house.
Scott chased after him. “I wasn't hanging out with Allison. I was hanging out with Sky.” He sighed. “Why didn't you force her to show up anyway?”
“That's not your business,” Derek spat. In actuality Sky was ahead of Scott by miles with the control thing and Derek knew deep down he'd only get distracted if she was there. Scott huffed and continued following the older werewolf before a phone suddenly went off. Derek turned to Scott with a glare. “I swear if that's Allison I'll break your arm.”
Scott shook his head and pulled out his silent phone. “It's not my phone.”
Derek pulled out his own phone that was ringing. He looked confused before answering. “Sky? What's wrong? Aren't you with Lydia?”
“The alpha,” she whispered through sobs and soft compressed growls. “He made me start the transformation- don't make me hurt Jackson, please.”
The two werewolves looked up at each other with wide eyes.

It was the first time in a week Sky had been able to hang out with friends. The night had originally started as a hangout with all her friends before Allison canceled and Scott dropped out due to Derek starting his training. So that left Sky alone with her favorite gross couple who were arguing about what movie to watch.

“Now Hoosiers isn't only the best basketball movie, it's the best sports movie ever made,” Jackson rambled on.

“You know sports don't have to be your whole life right?” Sky teased, trying to Lighten the tense mood.

       “No,” Lydia said shortly.

“It's got Gene Hackman and Denis Hopper,” Jackson added.

       “No.”

“Lydia, I swear to God you're gonna like it,” Jackson promised, getting frustrated.

“How about we get both movies you two wanna see and we can watch both,” Sky tried, wanting to be anywhere but this car at the moment.

       “No.”

“I am not watching The Notebook or Twilight again!” Jackson yelled, getting frustrated. Sky watched the fight while nervously chewing on her sleeve. Lydia gave him a simple look and he crumbled. “Fine. I'll go get it.”

“I'm coming with,” Sky mumbled quickly as she swung her door open and got out. She was halfway into the video store before Jackson caught up to her.
