God Eater: Shattered Dawn

You know you're a noob when...

I'm starting up a series called "You know you're a noob when..." for some of my favourite games. I'm a bit of an all-time Noob, I tend to get into bad habits '^-^

I just did twenty in a break from writing, feel free to add to it or disagree. Or just laugh at me.

You know you're a noob when...

1) You forget how to change your God Arc from gun to blade form quickly in battle.

2) You always do quick devours during combos, even though you'd have time to do a full devour (hold triangle)

3) You rely fully on Medics to heal you on missions, and get incapacitated a lot because of it.

4) On the mission where it tells you specifically not to fight the Vajra, you crash into one and fail the mission. After repeatedly doing the mission over to kill the Vajra, you give up. A couple of ranks later, you go back and finally kill the Vajra. You're disappointed to find no extra reward ;-;

5) You forget you have a shield on occasion.

6) You use way too many recovery pills (those things seriously take up most of my budget).

7) You were introduced to God Eater by Project X Zone or your cousin...or the anime, I guess. *high fives*

8) You've only ever played Burst. I don't speak Japanese, how am I supposed to play them?

9) You've never played with anyone online. I'd love to play with you guys, not that I'm a very high rank yet ^-^

10) You and guns just don't mix. It's so hard to aim on this game I swear...

11) You refer to characters using their English names, then wonder why everyone's spelling them 'wrong'.

12) You don't understand what the game means by Codename at the start, then are frustrated that literally no one else in the Den uses them.

13) Thor's Banquet=instant death.

14) "Oh, it's one of the thingymajigs, you know, the Quadriga that's not a Quadriga...?"

15) Sakaki has become your worst enemy. "WHY WON'T HE RECIEVE THE FLIPPING ITEMS!!!" Hint: You have to move them into your inventory first.

16) "This game doesn't have auto-save? WHAT?! NOOOOOO!!!!"

17) You just stare at the graphics. I mean, jeez they look aweful on PSVita with a PSP game...

18) The lip-syncing gets to you. It's terrible.

19) You may or may not have freaked out when you realised that Soma has the same voice actor as Sasuke and Dito (I KNEW IT- ALL THE JERKS HAVE HIS VA!!!)

20) Why no romance? This question bugs me, I think it would be a nice addition to the game, especially for girls- guys have Alisa and Licca moments, who do we have? All the guys are taken...except Shun, Kota, Karel and Brendan, but you never talk to them in cutscenes.

Aaaaaand that's twenty. Maybe the last couple don't count, I think that's just me XD

Ah well, I had fun.
