The Jedi failed to stop the Alsakan Imperial Academy of recruiting more civilian soldiers to the CIS. However the CIS is planning on a full invasion of recapturing the planet Geonosis.
Inside Emperor Vader throne room he is having a meeting with Poggle the Lesser about a full assault to reclaim Geonosis.
Emperor Vader: "So are your people ready?" He said which Poggle nod.
Poggle: "Yes Emperor Vader" he said.
Emperor Vader: "Then let's reclaim your home world" he said as Poggle leaves.
Geonosis.
Currently surrounding the planet are several Republic ships when out of nowhere thousands of new warships that easily destroyed the Republic barracks.
However leading the new warship fleet is Emperor Vader ship the Executor where Emperor Vader is looking at his Death Squadron which is made out of Shadow Troopers, Purge Troopers, Chiss lieutenants, Imperial Soldiers, and the new droids called the Elite Ultimates.

Shadow Trooper Captain: "Sir what are your orders" she said.
Emperor Vader: "I want the Shadow Troopers to recapture the old arena. The Purge Troopers head to the Jedi locations, Chiss lieutenants will monitor the planet. The imperial soldiers will come with me as we retake the old factory and the Elite Ultimates will slaughter any clones. Do you all understand the plan?" he said which all the soldiers salute.
Soldiers: "Yes Emperor Vader!" They said then many of the soldiers leave.
However walking up to Emperor Vader is Hunter who doesn't have his helmet on.
Hunter: "What about the Bad Batch?" He said which Emperor Vader looked at him.
Emperor Vader: "I got a special mission for you and your squad" he said which Hunter looked curious.
A few minutes later.
On Geonosis surface the Jedi and clones are being overwhelmed by the Death Squadron forces especially since Emperor Vader is leading the assault who is using red lightning and the force to destroy the Republic tanks and ships.
Jedi Master: "Die sith scum!" He said. Then he tried killing Emperor Vader but he got sliced up by Emperor Vader instead.
Emperor Vader: "The Jedi have gone soft since the old Republic era" he said as his imperial soldiers are slaughtering any clones that try to get in their Emperor way.
However upon entering the ruin factory Emperor Vader is furious as he sees that many geonosians are enslaved with shock collars which he roared and unleashed a force storm that destroyed the collars.
"Palpatine! You will pay for enslaving the geonosian!" Emperor Vader said then he looked at the three remaining Jedi and used the force to explode their heads off.
Once the ruin factory is captured he looks at the free Geonosians as they all kneel before him.
"Rejoices Geonosians! For the CIS free you from the Republic of corruption!" Emperor Vader said which the geonosian cheer.
Then Emperor Vader leaves as his soldiers begin bringing the Geonosians to transport ships.
However he pulled out a holo disk and contracted Hunter.
Hunter: "Emperor Vader! The Battle Station is prepared for war" he said which Emperor Vader smirked.
Emperor Vader: "I'll be there" he said then put the holo disk away.
Wild Space.
It took a while but Emperor Vader arrived at the Wild Space territory where he saw the planet Zakuul but he ain't looking at the planet but rather the new moon.

Then walking up to him is a Chiss lieutenant who is amazed at the new giant battle station.
Chiss lieutenant: "What is the battle station named Emperor?" She said which Emperor Vader smirked behind his helmet.
Emperor Vader: "Lunar Selene" he said as he walked away and entered his personal fighter ship which he flew towards the battle station and entered.
Once inside he begins to travel to the station which has quite the defensive weapons like anti craft cannons, anti ship missiles, heavy turbolaser, long range sensors, ion cannons, quad laser cannons, and an energy deflector shield.
However that ain't all as this battle ship is made from both Eternal Empire Technology and Rakata Infinite Empire Technology thus having self-repairing properties, effectively making it almost indestructible.
Of course it takes a lot of power thus why it got a sun generator and a hyper matter reactor which got a new fuel made from a mixture of Element Zero and Hyper matter thus making it the fastest and energy saving mobile battle station in the known galaxy.
"The Republic stand no chance against the Lunar Selena" Emperor Vader said.
