A day since Oa and Xandar Fall to CIS hands with the Green Lantern corps no longer around and Nova Corps returning to their home planet. Thus causing more riots under Republic control while many civilians join the CIS worlds. However in the shadows there is a threat that will cause trouble to both the Republic and CIS.
On the Hutt planet where crime went unnoticed by the Republic there in a building is a meeting between several criminal organizations.
Currently there is the Crymorah Syndicate, Pyke Syndicate, Fa'athra remnant gang, Nem'ro's remnant gang, Bleeder remnants, Black Talon Gang, Son-tuul Pride, Kanjiklub, Orion Syndicate, Intergang, Jokerz, The Hand, Serpent Society, Grim Skulls, and many Crime Bosses.
They were all called here by an unknown caller yet every group is glaring at each other but then a light turn on which everyone looks only to widen their eyes as they see someone that looks like Batman.

Jokerz Captain: "I thought Batman surrendered" he said.
Owl Man: "I am not Batman but Owl Man and Icall you all here to deal with both the Republic and CIS as once one of them wins they will rule the galaxy" he said.
Bruno Mannheim: "So? We still get profits" he said.
Owl Man: "But what if they change currency thus making your profits worthless" he said which many of the leaders glared.
Alexandra Reid: "What do you suppose we do if that happens?" He said.
Owl Man: "We will form a Shadow Alliance called Death Shadow and take over mandalore" he said holding the flag.

An: I know it's Shadow Collective but it will be used by the Death Shadow.
Klaus Voorhees: "Ah that is because Mandalore is neutral and both CIS and Republic use their trade routes" he said.
Owl Man: "Indeed sadly we must prepare for both Republic and CIS to attack as no doubt they will try freeing Mandalore but we will show them why the Death Shadow is superior and shouldn't be f_ck against" he said which everyone agrees.
However once everyone left did Owl Man force grab a woman from the shadows who reveals to be an female assassin that dress like a sith but use a metal sword instead of a lightsaber.
Owl Man: "Tell your master that Darth Convor will destroy him for removing me from the sith empire" he said then slam her into the wall before leaving.
Raxus Secundus.
Currently Emperor Vader is in his bed with his lover Shiva who becomes the new leader of the Assassins once Emperor Vader killed Ra and merges them with the sith.
However he got off the bed when the same assassin that Owl Man attacked reveals herself.
Female Assassin: "It seems you were right that former Darth Convor would cause trouble and now he gathers many criminal organizations to invade Mandalore" she said.
Emperor Vader: "I should have killed him but thankfully he managed to gather the remaining criminal organizations that refuse to join us. Gather the Sun Guard and Black Sun. Time for the Shadow Guard to rise up" he said which the female assassin nod then vanished.
Shiva woke up then wraps her arms around Vader's neck and kisses his cheek.
Shiva: "So you bring out one of our trump cards to the galaxy" she said.
Emperor Vader: "It's time to remind the galaxy that the CIS doesn't show mercy to backstabbers especially against a fellow sith" he said.
Coruscant.
Currently the entire Senate is in a panic when they receive reports that their trade routes in the Mandalore system all stop thus forcing them to send the Republic navy to solve this.
However Obi wan is concerned because of the fact that satine is in trouble if the trade routes stop.
Thus both himself and Anakin will lead the navy to investigate the issue.
Mandalore.
Currently the entire planet is under attack by both CIS and Death Watch yet they aren't targeting people but rather the Death Shadow crime empire armies.
However out of hyperspace is the Republic in which they immediately attack both CIS and Death Shadow in space not knowing that the ground is on a full attack.
Watching the entire battle on the palace balcony is Owl Man who sees that Emperor Vader and his Shadow guard which is made out of Sun Guard and Black Sun are heading towards him.
Owl Man: "Time to see who is superior: the heir of Vitiate or the heir of Tarnis" he said.
Meanwhile.
Obi wan managed to arrive on the planet where both his clones and himself try entering the palace but they encounter Emperor Vader and his Shadow Guard.
Obi wan: "Why are you here" he said with a calm face.
Emperor Vader: "To kill a betrayer also I suggest you hurry as I can sense your crush Satine is suffering in the dungeons" he said which Obi wan nod then leave with his clones.
In the dungeon obi wan managed to arrive and see that two guards are electrifying Satine which causes something to snap inside Obi wan to use the force to break the guards and cell.
He immediately rushed to Satine who looked like she suffered from shocks thus he picked her up and brought her to the nearest transport ship.
But as he left he saw that Emperor Vader was fighting against Owl Man yet Obi wan is more focused on Satine safety.
Meanwhile.
Currently Emperor Vader and Owl Man are in an intense battle where they are equal in both the force and melee.
Emperor Vader: "I see that a twelve year exile has changed you" he said.
Owl Man: "And I can see that you're still an old man who prefers patience of justice rather than vengeance like a true sith!" He said as he unleashed force lightning yet Emperor Vader absorbed the lightning.
Emperor Vader: "Unlike you or Sidious I have mastered the dark side and light side thus allowing me to never fall to darkness but embrace it" he said then threw a red lightning bolt that completely destroyed Owl Man lightsaber.
Owl Man: "Tsk. You will die and I will be the emperor of the sith not like Vexaia!" He said then try to do a force storm only to gasp as he felt a stab in his heart.
Emperor Vader: "Rest heir of Tarnis for your role is done" he said then Owl Man dropped to the ground as Emperor Vader pulled his lightsaber out before slicing Owl Man head off.
Once Owl Man is dead the Death Shadow all stops and surrenders to the CIS.
Coruscant.
After the battle of Mandalore the Republic were surprised to learn that the CIS respects Mandalore's neutral status and didn't claim it. But due to this action Satine is forced to increase her security and tighten trade routes through the remaining neutral systems.
