After the invasion of Naboo the Senate lost their source of Plasma thus forcing them to look for other sources of power. However the Republic managed to gain some victories and successfully reach multiple Outer Rim and Mid Rim Territories. Not realizing that the CIS is planning to attack them.
Currently Palpatine is smirking as reports of the Outer Rim and Mid Territories is slowly under the control of the Republic which is boosting morale.
Yet Palpatine knows that the Republic only got the Rim Territories because of the fact that the CIS fleets that protects the Outer Rim Territories only use normal droids.
Thus soon the CIS would send their usual fleets which would cause the Republic to retreat.
Outer Rim, Meridian sector.
In this sector there is a space station called Exis Station which is where the Republic is used for the campaign against the CIS.

However appearing out of nowhere are several CIS fleets which they easily overwhelm the Republic and took over the space station.
Once the space station is under the CIS control, the special machines called Airflex easily repair the ancient engines.

Thus allowing the CIS to control the space station while the CIS fleet goes around the Outer Rim Territories to take out many Republic fleets.
Mid Rim Territories.
Somewhere in the Mid Rid Territories there is a Jedi space station outpost called Brighthome which contains Jedi data thus the Republic makes sure it is secure.

Only for the CIS to arrive and easily destroy the Republic's defense thus allowing the CIS to gain control of the outpost.
Once under the CIS control did the Sith Librarian arrive and easily gather Jedi information.

Darth Alya: "My emperor it seems that you were right to strike the BrightHome outpost as it seems that the Jedi forgotten to delete some important information" she said.

Outer Rim Territories, Ryndellia system.
Currently the Kaliida Shoals Medical Center was unguarded thus allowing the CIS to easily take over and kill 5,000 healed clone soldiers.
However the CIS kept Nala Se and Omega alive since they are useful for the better of medical future.
Once the medical station is secure, Darth Adam arrived and took command over the entire station.

Once word spread about the Mid Rim and Outer Rim being taken over once again did more riots happen all throughout the Republic.
