"Hmm, something will happen," Areum muttered, feeling a strange sweep of the wind.
Areum was supposed to be asleep, but as she walked to her room, she heard the servants talking about the newly established library in the Raque.
That's where Areum decided that sleep came second.
It did not take her long before she could find the said library. Her eyes sparkled, seeing how huge it was.
"What a dream," Areum giggled, going in.
In that moment, just like what Areum had predicted, something surely did happen in the royal capital.
Areum grabbed her reading glasses and strolled to the shelves of books, looking for an interesting one. Her mouth formed an 'o' when she saw an interesting book titled:
'How to Cook Eggs with Different Temperatures at Once.'
"This kinda reminds me of Fuego-ni. How is he, anyway? I kind of miss him," she whispered to herself. Areum grabbed the book and mentally written a reminder to pay him a visit tomorrow.
She continued her 'girl' thing, completely unaware of the happenings outside of the library.
On the other hand...
The Eye of the Midnight Sun had completely taken over the royal capital.
Magic knights who were present at that moment immediately rushed to aid the given problem. Stopping the commotion that happened inside, with regards to Noelle and her siblings, including Asta who announced that he would become a Magic Emperor, Leo, who was watching Asta, gained motivation and in the end made him his rival.
"They're never-ending!" Leo exclaimed, using his flames to eliminate the corpses. It was not only annoying but also draining their mana.
Rades, who was controlling the corpses, laughed, seeing how huge the commotion he caused.
He smirked evilly at the little girl who was looking at him, feeling scared.
"Nothing will save you now, little girl," he said.
The girl trembled upon hearing his voice. With her little voice, she voiced this out.
"Magic knights will!"
Hearing those words from the girl enraged Rades.
He hates magic knights to the core.
He was about to do something to the girl when Asta came rushing.
"What do you think you're doing?!" he shouted and used his sword to save the little girl.
With that, a fierce fight between Asta and Rades commenced, with Noelle and Leo as his backup.
The other magic knights were also doing their best to protect the citizens.
"Yes, yes, continue humoring me," someone unknown from above chuckled.

"Valtos, it's time," the girl said, and then suddenly a huge portal opened.
