Marley POV
"Glee club meeting after school, even though Mr. Shue is out with the flu!" Tina shouts at everyone in the hallways, whether they're in Glee club or not.

"God, that girl can be annoying," Kitty says, matching steps with me.

"Yeah, but she really cares for the Glee club, you know? It's like her life. I think she was here since the first ever Glee club meeting, even though she was a freshman," I say.

"Yeah. We're freshman, and we're starting off great. I mean, I'm the top b**ch at this school. And you... were the lead in the musical!"

"It's okay, Kitty, you don't have to pretend I'm worth something," I say, shaking my head.

She looks at me worriedly. "No, Marley. Just because I'm the head cheerleader everyone falls for, doesn't mean you're not worth any thing. Marley, I'm sorry I drove you into bulimia, but you wouldn't have it without some underlying, previous feelings. You're the closest I have to a best friend, and I want your life to be as great as mine."

She pulls me into a hug before sitting on Artie's lap and letting him wheel her to class. "See you at Glee."

"See you, Kitty. Thanks," I say.

I walk to my locker to get my books for Chemistry, which I have with Ryder. One more class until lunch.
