Gaile
It was the next day. I stayed up late last night, because i stayed at Mazi and Celine's apartment.
Once i woke up, i checked my phone and saw it was already 6:45 in the morning.
The four of us were running late. (Sarina, Mazi, Celine and me)
I hurriedly got myself ready; Took a bath, brushed my teeth, got dressed, packed my school bag.
I was ready to go, we ran to school since there was no time waiting for a grab.
While we were entering the school's gate, i bumped into Sachi. Which made her fall to the ground.
Hala nadapa pa siya, jusko.
"Hala, sorry Sachi." i said, while lending my hand out for her.
She accepted my way of helping. Despite the accident, she maintained a smile on her face.
I made sure she was okay before entering my classroom. The other 3 laughed at me.
We made it just in time before our teacher could enter.
And then class started.
—
Class ended, i still had to go to dance practice for the event our adviser was talking about. As i was walking towards the school gym, with earbuds on. I saw Sachi with a boy.
Her classmate ata, i heard rumors that they used to be together. But the boy cheated. Ang tanga mo naman, si Sachi na yan lolokohin mo pa.
I decided to stop walking and eavesdrop. I'm sorry but i had to.
"Ano ba, Ace. Can you stop bothering me?"
"Sachi. Mahal na mahal kita."
"Oh, edi ba't ka nagloko diba?"
Sachi's voice breaks down and immediately runs to the gym. The boy couldn't catch up.So i decided to run inside the gym, trying to find Sachi.
There she was, sitting behind the bleachers, crying her heart out.
When i went closer to her she spoke.
"Ace, just leave me alone."
"I'm not Ace, Sachi." i replied.
She stopped crying for a second, she looked up at me. I kneeled down to get on her level and she leaned in on me. I opened my arms for her to cry on.
I reached in my bag for a handkerchief, para mapunasan ko na din mga luha ni Sachi.
"Hey, tigil ka na kakaiyak diyan. Eto panyo, punasan mo luha mo ha?" i said to her.
She looked at me with semi-red eyes. But a smile is still present within her face.
She grabbed the handkerchief out of my hands and wiped her tears.
Once she was calmer, she asked me.
"Why're you here? Wala namang practice ngayon ah."
