I heard a familiar voice call from behind, making me stop in my tracks. I turned back to find him-
the one I'd longed to see for years, the one whose touch I craved,
the one to whom I'd given my heart, my soul, my everything.
My Maan stood before me, a soft smile on his face, his eyes reflecting the love he still held. He approached and stood directly in front of me.
We gazed at each other without exchanging words. In his eyes, I saw my whole world. He cleared his throat.
" I am back meri jaan to fulfill my promise to make you mine in front of the whole world"
he whispered, planting a gentle kiss on my forehead. I closed my eyes as a tear escaped.
" I love you jaana "
My eyes widened upon hearing his words.

I woke up with a jolt and looked around to find myself in bed. A sigh escaped my lips.
" Calm down it's just a dream roohi not a reality.He can't love you right !! Calm down"
I whispered to myself, wiping the sweat from my forehead.
" What the hell was that ? Why do i feel like something is gonna be happen"
I mumbled until I heard the door opening. Trisha emerged from the washroom, drying her hair.
" Finally you decide to wake up"
she said, tossing her towel onto the couch, making me glare at her.
