Two days.
It's been two fucking days since she left for London.
And I'm already losing my mind.
The air feels heavier without her presence beside me.
Why?
Because for me, Roohi is another name for peace.
My peace. My calm. My everything
I glance at my phone as it pings with a message. My heart instinctively skips a beat, hoping it's her.
It is.
But this woman of mine barely has time for poor me.
I shake my head at myself, sighing. Why am I even sulking like this?
Shoving my phone into my pocket, I grab my coat and start getting ready for the day.
The wedding preparations have officially begun.
While I handle the business with Chote Papa, the rest of the family is busy with the other arrangements.
