Charlus came down the stairs, ready to leave for the Wizengamot meeting that had been scheduled. He raised an eyebrow in surprise when he saw his wife all lively and humming to herself.

From his experience of the Black family, he knew that the Black women never hummed.

"Should I have to hide a body?" He questioned his unusually happy wife.

"Oh don't be so dramatic, husband." She chided her husband lightly.

She then smiled heartily before passing a letter.

"Ah...Good news, I suppose?" He continued reading a letter, before chuckling heartily.

"Well, it seems that the two have managed to get him to agree."

"And you doubted their ability?" Dora questioned her husband with a raised eyebrow.

Charlus shook his head swiftly.

"No. I knew what they could do. I thought that he could quell their advances. But, another Potter falls for a Black female.

Merlin that is becoming a trend for now." He muttered.

"Are you complaining about marrying me, Charlus Potter?" She questioned her husband dangerously.

"No dear. How can you even think like that? You are the best thing that happened to me in my poor excuse of a life." He chuckled warily.

"Hmm." She patted his cheek. "Good save, husband." She smiled as she leaned in to kiss him.

"For Merlin's sake, can the two of you stop that?" The two jumped when Arcturus's voice was heard.

"I don't want to see my sister and her husband making out in front of me and especially in broad daylight." He gagged.

"Don't be mean, Arcturus." Dorea chided as she placed a kiss on his cheek.

"What happened to make the two of you so lively early in the morning?" He grumbled as he questioned the two.

"It seems that your nephew has pulled his head out of the ground and started giving head to his feelings," Dorea explained happily.

"Ah. I knew that he wouldn't be able to resist." Arcturus chuckled.

"Melania will go overboard when she learns of this."

"Shall we get going?" Charlus stood up from the table.

"I will see you at dinner, Dor." He kissed her cheek and made their way to the floo room.

Milicent Bagnold rubbed her eyes tiredly. She had been under a lot of stress recently. The constant attacks on the muggle villages. It might not have been a matter of concern if not for the fact that it was a group of wizards that were causing this to happen.

By the time her Aurors reached the crime scene, the only sight they were welcomed to was that of dead muggles and his calling card. His mark.

A snake protruding from a skull.

At first, she had dismissed the man as a common sociopath who would be easily caught and brought to justice.
