Iya's Blind Alpha

CHAPTER FOURTEEN

Pietro's POV

Rene, send in Diana here in my office. 

I need to address the looming complexity of Diana being back here and so I mind linked my beta.

In a few minutes, Diana entered my office in a sexy navy blue dress.  Her blonde hair is loose and smells like strawberries.  I took a deep breath as I take in her beauty with my human eyes.  I used to just admire her when I was in wolf form, but now, it hits me bad.  I am torn as what to do with her.  She has been my companion for quite some time now and she is one wolf who has rarely disappointed me. But my mate is here now.

"Diana, have a seat.  We need to talk."

"Should I address you now as Alpha?  Have I lost the privy of calling you Pietro?"  She sadly asked.

"Yes, I think it is better to address me now as Alpha.  I'll go straight to the point, I found my mate.  It was not easy to accept her at first but I cannot fight the bond any longer.  I know I gave you hope that you will be the luna queen but the moon goddess has her own plans, so it seem."

"This breaks my heart but you know me, I will obey you.  But hear me first.  I love you, Pietro. Alpha.  I will stay true and loyal to you until my last breath.  If you need me I will be here.  I am willing to accept all roles you wish me to have, even that of a mistress.  Just don't let me leave you and the royal pack."  She pleaded and tears well up her eyes.  

This is the first time Diana showed her vulnerable side and I am stunned.  I feel so guilty about what I am doing to her.  She is dear to me, I cannot deny that.  I could not take it any longer as her sniffs continued.  I approached her and enclosed her in an embrace.

"I apologize for all of these.  Thank you for your loyalty.  You are one of my assets, Diana.  There is no way I am letting you go as a pack member."  I tried to comfort her as I rub the skin of her back since she was wearing a low back dress.

Right then, I smelled the scent of Iya.  Fuck!  As I turn to the door that was slightly ajar, Iya was there.  Once our eyes met, she dashed away.

I instantly pushed Diana away as if burnt.  She was confused.  I am mad at the entire situation.  I feel so guilty and yet I want to plead my case.  I have to control this.  I do not want to lose both women.  

"Stay here, Diana.  We will deal with this one way or the other!"  I commanded.

"Yes, alpha."  She replied.

I sprinted to where Iya went by following her scent.  I need to mark her soon.  Marking her would secure my claim on her as my mate.  There's nowhere she can go where I will not smell her.

Iya was about to sprint out through the back door that leads to the woods when I caught her.  I carried her on my shoulder and she was trashing along the way back to my office.

"Her smell is all over you, you are disgusting.  Let me down!  I am not talking to you as long as her scent is on you.  You will just trigger my fire rage!  Let me go!"  She screamed.

"Oh, dear mate, I can easily remedy that, if that is all your problem!"  I shouted back.

I placed her down carefully on the floor, discarded my long sleeves shirt, and surprised her with a kiss.  I wanted to kiss Iya so much that even in my dream last night that is all I was attempting to do.  

She was fighting it and was starting to glow orange now.  I will not give up.  I deepen the kiss as I lift one of her leg to my waist, caressing the skin with my thumb. Her hand on my bare chest are sending off electricity we both could not contain.  The glow dissipated because she is now returning my kisses.  I released her lips only to move kissing her cheek all the way to her neck.  I suck and licked the spot where I intend to mark her very soon.  She is moaning and to my pleasure.  I was hard down there and if this goes on I may wet myself disgracefully.  I never thought I will crave a woman so much like this.  She is my mate, that's the only explanation I can think of.  This is normal with mates I supposed.

"Now, do you still smell her scent?"  I challenged.  She was still stunned and was quiet.  I took advantage of that and lifted her in my arms, bridal style, and proceeded to the office where Diana patiently waits.

When Diana saw us she looked crushed.  I glanced at my mate and she looked pissed.  Here we go!

I sat on my office chair and perched Iya on my lap to her contempt.  I asked Diana to move to the one of the chairs across my work table and she followed without qualm.

"Let us set things straight from now on.  Diana, this is my mate, the soon-to-be Luna Queen, Iya.  Iya, this is my long time girl friend, best female warrior, royal pack counsellor,  and confidante, Diana."  Diana smiled in delight as to how I introduced her.  Iya rolled her eyes and she looked so cute. 

"From now on, Diana will retain all her positions and roles that I have mentioned except the girl friend part.  You have my word, Iya, that no sexual or intimate relationship will continue from this day on.  Diana, I expect you to respect my wishes and to take into consideration the feelings of my mate.  You will serve her and be loyal to your luna queen as you are with me.  You will not intentionally seek sexual relations with me any further for I will not need nor want it.  I wish you would find your mate soon because you deserve to be happy too."

"How thick are you, that just because you declared it, so it shall be,"  Iya started.  "The two of you obviously had a serious relationship before I came into the picture.  Do you really believe, that just because you commanded it,  all will be well, that feelings won't matter and will be forgotten, even if you still work close with each other?  Do you expect me to just trust your words despite the two incidents I witnessed with my own eyes?  You must still be blind!"  She would not let go.

"What do you want me to do?  Kick her off to the next planet just because you are insecure and power tripping?"   I am starting to get mad now.  How dare she question me?  Iya starts to attempt to leave my lap but I will not let her.

"Alpha, do not get angry.  The luna does not know us well and it is understandable where her doubts are coming from.  I guess what she is saying is that words are not enough, we have to prove that we can work professionally from now on."  Diana interjected.  "Luna, please give us a chance before you completely distrust us, especially the alpha.  I beg you, please do not banish me."  

"You look and sound too good to be true," was the only reply Iya gave Diana.

"Enough of this!  Iya, you have no choice! The three of us have got to work together for the good of the pack.  Grow up a little.  Learn from Diana's matured outlook and open mindedness. As the luna queen, you should exemplify most of Diana's queenly traits."  I appealed.

"Stop comparing me with her!  You know what, I have a lot to say still, but, I'd rather not say anymore,"  Iya said as her eyes start to tear up.  But she is fighting the tears.  

As I saw how hurt she was with my words, I started to feel remorseful.  I could physically feel a bit of that pain in my heart that she is feeling.  I need to make amends.  But before I could speak she pushed hard and was able to leave my chair to run away.  

"Leave!"  I sternly commanded Diana as she makes an attempt to come closer to comfort me.

I need a shower and my wolf needs a run.
