The day has been a hectic one, and you feel as though you did not have a moment to breathe other than in the morning. You had to stop a few fights that Followers have started, help clean the cult from fallen leaves, clean the temple from dirt and dust and replace the candles that have melted away from constant use. When Lambert returned from his crusade, he told you to go and relax, you took the opportunity in a heartbeat but faced a wall, you did not know what to do.

After some thought you landed on tending to your flowers, they are your pride and joy at the moment, and you want to help them grow healthy, especially now that you have new types of flowers to grow.

You make your way to the flower garden with a watering can, but you tilt your head in confusion when you see Shamura taking in the sight of the colourful flowers.

"Is everything alright, Shamura?" you ask as you put down the watering can.

"Yes, all is well, I am taking the time to admire the flora. You have done well in taking care of them"

"Thank you, it was hard at first, but I got the hang of it!" You kneel to the flowers and begin to collect the fully matured ones and place them in a basket to carry them all. Your plan is to make a few bouquets and put them in vases to brighten up the cult.

As you work you can feel Shamura's eyes following you, you do not mind, in fact, you enjoy the extra company, even if no words are being exchanged it feels nice to have someone close.

"The flora. You have done well in taking care of them" Shamura repeats, you are aware that they repeat themselves every now and then due to their head injury.

"Thank you, Shamura" You look up at them with a smile, not wanting to make them upset because they have repeated themselves, you go along to keep them content.

You start to replant the variety of flower seeds back into the soil, you then pick up the watering can and tilt it to give the dry soil a good soak.

"That's me done here, Shamura, would you like to help me cut the stems?"

"I would like nothing more, in fact, I would like to teach you something. This is the perfect opportunity to do so".

The thought of Shamura teaching you something makes you excited, they were the Bishop of knowledge.

You lead Shamura to where you normally work on things, you place the basket of flowers between yourself and Shamura, you both begin to snip the bottom of the stems, trimming the leaves, and removing any thorns that some may have.

"(Y/N), did you know that flowers have their own language, not just by what they are, but also the colour, some may even go as far to claim you can have a full conversation by exchanging flowers"

They pick up two identical ones that are long with buds, one in lavender and the other white.

"This is a calluna, commonly known as a heather flower, the lavender represents admiration, the white one represents protection"

They pick up two more.

"These are hyacinths, if you are to give one in purple, you are telling them that you are sorry, however, a yellow one represents jealousy".

You think for a moment.

"So, if I give someone hyacinths in purple and yellow, I'm telling them I'm sorry for being jealous?"

"That is correct, perhaps one day I can teach you all that I know about flower language as they bloom in to season, that is if I am reminded"

"I will definitely remind you, this caught my interest!"

"I am pleased to know that you find the subject enjoyable"

You both continue preparing the flowers as Shamura continues to explain the different flowers and their meaning, although they would sometimes explain something twice without realizing it, you take the repeated explanations as a silver lining to fully memorize the flower's meaning.

"May I use a few? I desire to create something".

"Of course, no need to ask, I got plenty to spare"

"You have my gratitude".

Shamura proceeds to gather some of the sprawled-out flowers and keeps them in one area to use, by how they are examining the different flowers you can tell they have a message they want to send.

Shamura picks out camellias in white, carnations in pink, a few asters, forget-me-nots and a gardenia.

The variety and colours work so well together, Shamura then begins to tangle and knot the stems with each other, you watch intently at the movement.

"I may not remember everything, and I am aware that I have become forgetful, however, there are moments in my long life that I shall never forget, this for example, it is one of my many treasured memories. When Heket was only but a froglet she taught me how to make a crown out of flowers" Shamura spoke with fondness at the distant memory, as they finished intertwining the stems together, they placed the flower crown atop your head.

"And this moment is another memory that I shall treasure for years to come".

Having a feeling that the flowers they picked have a meaning behind them, you pick them yourself, the combination is quite appealing, so it shall be one of a few that will be placed into vases, however, one thing is nagging you that you really want to know.

"Shamura, what do these flowers symbolise?" You look at the bouquet in your paws trying to think of what they say.

"Some knowledge is better left untold until much later.
