♡Becoming Me♡ (A Guruminshipping/Liko x Dot Story)

☆Chapter 7☆

Liko's POV:

After I had finished some school work and realised it was now breakthrough, I started chatting with the staff members. All of them have such interesting stories tell and I enjoy listening to them.

Roy wasn't in today so it was just me and them until halfway through one of Murdock's stories and the door to Dot's private room unlocked. The door has a very sharp click so as much as they wanted to go undetected, it wasn't much of a secret.

"Hey Dot!" Their uncle called, "It's nice to see you out of your room!"

"Yeah..." She muttered and walked over to the empty seat next to me.

"How are you, Dot?" Orla asked.

"I'm good," Dot mumbled in response as they sat down next to me.

They shuffled up closer to me and they held my hand tightly. I could tell it was hard enough for her to try and do this but she was under a lot of pressure because all of the spotlight was on them.

"Where's Roy?" They asked.

"Probably ill," I replied.

"So what are you doing out here?" She then questioned.

"I really enjoy coming out here and listening to the Rising Voltacklers' stories!" I responded, "They're really interesting!"

"Give me an example," Dot said.

"Well, while Friede was pitching the idea of the Brave Olivine to the school staff, there was a mouse chewing at that script and now that mouse is Cap!" I explained.

"Yeah it is, I was scared of mice at the time so I sent him flying when I found him eating my script, but then he followed me home and we ended up bonding!" Friede added, nuzzling into the mouse on his hand that was wearing a small captain hat Murdock made for him, "I ended up overcoming my fear!"

"Could you tell me a better story than that?" Dot asked.

"What could possibly be better than that?!" The white haired man exclaimed.

"Anything really!" She replied.

"Here's a cool story!" Orla burst into a conversation, "Back a few years ago, I used to be a locksmith and me and Mollie met because she was collecting something from me for the hospital she was working at! We stayed in touch and then I also convinced her to join the Rusing Voltacklers too, we ended up dating from there!"

"Oh wow... where is Mollie?" Dot asked.

"She's been down in the dumps recently and she won't tell me why..." The brunnete mumbled.

"Maybe if you tried to convince her to come in we could try and cheer her up!" I suggested.

"That's a great idea, Liko!" Orla responded.

"Thank you!" I replied, blushing.

"A new Nidothing came out," Dot interrupted, showing her phone to me.

"Yes!' I exclaimed, "Could we watch it together please?"

"Yeah sure!" They replied, smiling.

We both stood of and waved goodbye to the staff members before I followed her into her room so we could watch the video together on their computer. I was supposed to be doing school work... but oh well!
