"Karter."I heard as I groaned being shook awake. "Karter wake up!"Micheal said as I pushed his hand away. groaning at the light.
"What?"I said sitting up grabbing my head due to the headache.
"Mom had to turn around because we noticed you weren't in the car. She said get ready or we're going to be late."Micheal said walking out. I got out of the bed grabbing my phone and heading into my bathroom.I stared at myself for a minute before a tear rolled down my face and I wiped it away quickly before grabbing the pills next to the sink and taking two. I turned the cold water on splashing my face a little before going to get ready.

"Where are you going?"I asked Zachariah as he took his tie and tux off.
"Not to school I know that.I got other shii to worry bout right now.Ill be back right before school gets out. 2:00 right?"He asked as I nodded slowly.
"Aight I love you favorite sister in the world."he said hugging me laughing while kissing my forehead.
"I'm your only sister."I said as a matter of fact.
"See this why Micheal finna be my favorite sibling.."he said as I rolled my eyes. "I'll bring you some hot Cheetos puffs back promise."He said
"Be safe."I said as we did our handshake and went our separate ways as I sighed shaking my head walking into the building.
"Karter where you been? Me and star been calling and texting you...You good?"Christian said as I nodded opening my locker.
"You ain't got nun to say? Did we do something or something?"He said as I shook my head putting my shades on.
"No. I just been really sick I don't really feel good and I'm not really into cheer no more."I said as he immediately had a confused look on his face.
"Karter bro you literally love cheer it's no way you just done like that. What's going on?"He said as I went to respond before star came over.
"Hey long time no see.Remember me your best friend?"She said as I closed my locker.
"Haven't you heard Karter's done with cheer."Christian said as I hit him and he threw his shoulders up.
"What?"Star said as i went to explain myself.
"Guys I'm fine I'm just-I just don't want to do it anymore or anything for that matter?"I said whispering the last part,
"What does that mean? We've literally been planning this forever.What about senior year?"She asked as I started to feel lightheaded.
"I never even wanted to do cheer I just did it because I knew you liked it and I just happened to like it too!"I said as I grabbed my head due to the painful headache.
"Karter I don't understand I-
"I gotta get to class."I said rushing away.
"She don't look to good."I heard Christian say as I sped up.

"Hmm...ma'am?"I said looking up to see my favorite teacher Ms.Avery.
"I asked what was the answer to this equation Ms.Taylor?"She said as I looked at the bored before saying it.
"I can't hear you." She said as I spoke up.
"I don't know."I said louder this time.As the classed laughed.
"Ms knowit all don't got the answer I must be dreaming."Kevin said as I flicked him off.
