Ch 14:- The big day

The door opened as You looked towards the door. A small girl opened the door before running away. You sighed and looked at Jungkook, "Let's go.." Jungkook just nodded silently as you walked to him. You bent down to grab your stuff.

Jungkook just watched as he noticed your shawl touch his watch. He then looked at you as you got up and walked out of the room. He felt a tug as he got up and followed you.

You walked out of the room and then towards the mandap. "Arre Y/n! Finally aagayi!" Aryan exclaimed as you smiled at him. You went around the mandap, trying to help out the family. Once you went to the right, and then left, taking rounds around the mandap cause there was work in each and every corner.

One place they kept the mangalsutra, while another corner were the garland. So you just went on going around, giving each and every thing to Aaliya, who was watching you skeptically. You passed her the coconut and looked at her as she looked at you blankly and then something behind you.

You noticed a lot of people watching you, many of them smiling endearingly. You tilted your head and turned back to see Jungkook. He was looking at you all the time. Was he following you around? You looked at him, "What is it Jungkook??" Jungkook looked at you and then down at your shawl. You followed his gaze.

You finally noticed his watch stuck to your shawl. You gasped and looked at him, "Was it like this the whole time??' Jungkook nodded silently as you gulped. "Saat phere le liye tum dono ne?" (Did u take the 7 rounds together?) asked in a teasing way as your eyes widened. A crimson shade touched your cheeks as you shook your head as no, "Nahi Aunty... aisa kuch nahi hua... woh-" (No aunty, nothing happened like that... that-" "Sab dekha mene.." (I saw everything) Yamini then looked at you both before taking some kajal from her eyes and applying it behind your and Jungkook's ears, "Tum dono pe koi Nazar na lage" (No evil eyes falls on both of you)

Yamini smiled and walked away as you stood there thinking of everything happened, "What happened??" Jungkook's voice brought you back to reality as you looked at him, "Nothing.. it's..." You looked at the watch and slowly freed your shawl from it. He watched you and pouted. You looked at him before walking away.

"Jungkook...." Jungkook looked at Aaliya as he smiled, "Yes Liya??" "Do you... like her??" Jungkook frowned at the question and tilted his head as he thought of the answer, "Uhh... I don't know how to answer that question..." Aaliya nodded at his answer and smiled slightly before walking away.

Soon the wedding started. Jungkook held the shawl above Neha's head as they walked to the Mandap. But beside him was Y/n, who stood to the left of Neha, Jungkook's eyes were mostly on Y/n as his pace was kinda slow than others.

Neha frowned and looked at Jungkook as she scoffed noticing him, "Shaadi meri aur tum dono ka romancing chal raha hai?? Wah!" (It's my wedding and you both are romancing ?? Wah!) You looked at Neha and shook your head as no, "Aisa kuch nahi hai Neha... chal tu chup chap. Tera aashiq Tera intezaar kar raha hai.." (There's nothing like that Neha... just go silently, your lover is waiting for you) Neha chuckled and looked forward, where Akhil watched his bride come towards him. His eyes teary as he wiped them.

You smiled in awe, "You both are soo cute!" Neha smiled and shook her head. Slowly, Neha and Akhil stood together as the rituals started. You stood near Jungkook, next to Neha as you watched the ceremony.

"I don't understand anything..." Jungkook whispered as you looked at him and smiled,

"Then imma help you to understand everything!!"
