Ch 25:- Missing??

A week passed by and it was filled with nothing but love and romance with some emotional talks in middle, connecting your experiences and moments when you both weren't together.

Jungkook spoke about all the achievements he won while you said him about the promotion you are gonna get soon. It was a heartfelt week. Right now you were in your room, chilling and checking your phone on the bed.

"What are you doing.." The sudden voice made you look over are you saw Jungkook peeking in your phone. You smiled and showed him your phone where you were seeing pictures, the traditional red Indian wedding lehenga. His eyes sparkled looking at it as he smiled, "Wedding dress??"

You smiled, "My pinterest is filled with ideas... But I don't wanna do red, I wanna do something in the colors of gold or off white, ivory.." Jungkook looked at you and smiled, "I bet you will look gorgeous in the dress..."

You looked at him and smiled, "I even started looking at white gowns for our wedding cause I can't wear color in your traditions right.. " Jungkook looked at you for a moment before smiling, "Traditionally, it's white.. but I won't mind setting trends.. I would like you to wear what you want cause I know that on that day, all my eyes will be on you and you will look one of a kind.. like mine for sure"

You looked at him and smiled softly before closing your phone and looking at him, "How can you speak such words with a straight face, without blinking??" Jungkook smiled and leaned closer to you, "Cause I love you honey..."

Jungkook came and filled your life with 2 weeks of beautiful days before returning back to Korea. These 2 weeks were so special, filled with love so passionate yet unreal, it scared you that everything might go bad somehow.

It was special cause, it had been a while and now, those 2 weeks felt like forever.

A forever you never wanted to end

But it ended and he had to leave again and now we never knew when he was coming back. So here we are, back to work, busy in life yet mind filled with his thoughts.

You went back to working and drowning yourself in work as the promotion offer still lingered around you. But one thing is, after he left, he never texted you.

Strange, it was as if he vanished in thing air.

A whole month passed, you got your promotion, being promoted to Head of the team. You were now with your friends outside as you checked your phone. You had texted him about the promotion but...

Your phone dinged as you quickly took it in your hands to check the text.

But sadly, it wasn't from Jungkook, but rather from Aaryan, who congratulated you.

A gawking feeling of worry took its place in your heart...

Everything seemed perfect... was it the calm before a Storm??
