"𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐔𝐂𝐊- OUCH! " You screamed as you sat up, knocking your forehead with Kenji's since he hovered over you making you and him scream.
"DAMN, IS THIS WHAT I GET FOR BEING WORRIED?! " Kenji exclaimed dramatically as he rubbed his forehead in pain with both hands and plopped onto his back, kicking his feet in the air like a child.
You hissed when you touched your forehead, you thought Kenji was being dramatic.
But no, his reaction was very valid since both of your foreheads basically hit harder than the Titanic hit the iceberg.
"God.. What the hell..! " You hissed through gritted teeth and stood up, only to tumble back down and land on Kenji's stomach making him choke.
"BLEGH-" Kenji groaned out, but rubbed your head instead of getting mad at you because he was worried about why you suddenly fell.
You were rubbing your temples with closed eyes before sighing and leaned closer to Kenji's touch.
"Love.. What happened? " Kenji asked softly while he still caressed your head, you could hear worry laced in his tone making you look at him with half lidded eyes.
"Dad said you just passed out the moment I walked in, I thought something happened to you, my love. I-" He said in a rushed but still soft voice, almost choking out tears by the end of his sentence before continuing.
"I couldn't sleep knowing that something was hurting my beloved. "
You smiled softly at him, raising your head off of his stomach and sat up straight, making him sit up too.
Once Kenji sat up, he grabbed you by your waist and pulled you over to his lap. Now both of your thighs were hovering above his while your back was supported by his right arm and his left hand was under your knees, pulling you closer as he craned his neck downwards to rest his head on top of yours.
It was silent for the two of you for a minute before you spoke up.
"I don't.. " You trailed off and looked at the ground. "I don't remember anything from yesterday. " You confessed, furrowing your eyebrows as you finished your sentence.
Kenji looked at you in confusion and removed his left hand from under your knees to place it under your chin instead, making you look up at him.
"You sure, sweetheart? Not even your talk with dad? " He asked, his face also scrunched in confusion.
There's no way you'd just forget everything from yesterday, Kenji knew you always remembered every detail of anything and everything.
You thought for a moment, "No." you sighed out, making Kenji him in response before lifting the both of you up while he carried you bridal style.
