"(𝐍/𝐍), 𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐮𝐩! " You heard a childish voice say and felt your body being shook roughly making you open your eyes.
You winced at the sudden brightness, raising a hand above your eyes to cover it from the light. Once your vision had adjusted, you looked at the small figure who was sitting beside you as he hovered over your head.
"(N/N), why are you tearing up? " You heard the boy say.
𝘒𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘪? You thought and rubbed your eyes, only to gasp and widen your eyes to feel tears making Kenji panic.
The 10 year old boy immediately started to panic and tear up too making him hood your face in his small hands.
"Hey! What's wrong?! Who made you cry huh?! " He exclaimed making you blink your tears away in confusion before you relaxed and held his hand that was on your face.
"Just a dream.. It felt real tho. " You explained, making Kenji's shoulders relax as he let go of you. "Weird," He said and looked at the ground before his eyes lit up at you. "Wanna tell me about it?! " He asked excitedly making you smile at him and tilt your head.
"The dream was so cool! We were-" You halted, mouth hung agape as your face morphed in confusion.
