CHAPTER 10

FIRST DAY OF WORK

SHE fixed herself and sat down quickly when she saw Ms. Sulvar. It was with a woman who interviewed her on the past days. They entered the lobby‚ umiwas agad siya ng paningin nang naramdamang bumaling ang paningin nito sa kanya.

Her shoulders slumped as she bound when it suddenly spoke on her side. She rose her own forehead and smiled when it raised an eyebrow at her. Ibinaling niya ang paningin sa kasama nito‚ nakangiting nakatitig sa kanya at biglang tumango.

“Kanina ka pa?” tanong ni jessa‚ ang interviewer na isa palang PR leader.

“Hindi naman po gaano,” she bit her lips. He kept staring at the two.

“So‚ you're Drianna Llena Galvan?” iniyuko niya ang noo. The lips moved back and forth as she could not speak.

Pinilit niya ang sariling tumango... At hindi siya na bigo.

“It's nice to meet you po‚ Manager Sulvar‚” nahihiyang sabi niya.

She panicked when it didn't speak. She straightened up and looked around. Shit! para itong mangangain ng buhay kung makatitig sa kanya... Anong problema nito?

"I'm Atasha Sulvar‚ the manager of Andreno." Dana extended his hand to her. Her hand trembled when she met atasha's palm‚ but she was suddenly stunned when it laughed.

My goodness! She embarrasses herself in front of it! She bit his lower lip just like that to stop the trembling feeling.

He nodded and turned his back on her. He pushed the entirety of it away and sighed.

He simply removed the strand of hair that was obstructing his face. Ang isang 'yun‚ sigurado siyang mahihirapan siyang ilapit ang sarili sa babaeng 'yun. Just by his looks and actions, it's obvious that he's going to have a hard time.

“Ganyan lang talaga 'yan‚ pero mabait 'yan‚” pasimple siyang ngumiti. Hindi naman sila gano'n ka close‚ pero nabawasan ang pangamba sa loob niya dahil sa sinabi nito.

“Salamat‚” umiling ito. Tapping her shoulder and walking farther.

Kumaway ito sa kanya. “The pleasure is mine.” ngumiti ito. “Nandiyan lahat ng schedule ni aron‚ ikaw na bahala.”  

Tumalikod ito sa kanya‚ hinayaan niya ang sariling sumunod dito papuntang conference room. She looked around... She was standing on the side of the door holding the paper that was given to her earlier.

She remained vigilant in it. There were various applicants and producers there‚ sa kaliwa ay ang mga pagpipilian bilang lading lady nito sa darating na movie adaptations na “The way you look at me.”
