Part five; busted

*Two weeks later* "Ready to go home Chen?" Tim asked as she stumbled a bit to get to the front door of the hospital "Yes i'm as ready as I can be" she said almost crawling through the hospital "Come here I'll help you" Tim said and he put one arm around her, her arm over his shoulders and his arm by her waist "Thank you" she said and they got into the car and drove to Tim's house.

*a week later* Tim was back on metro duty. It was a Thursday morning and Grey started a roll call " Okay let's get started, Nolan, Celena I'm assigning you two to a burglary that the night shift did not finish last night and the rest of you just go out there and find trouble. Good luck out there." He said and walked out of the roll call room when he got called. It was Lucy "Hey Lucy, everything alright?" He said a but confused because she never called his personal number. "Yeah, okay ehm I need your help." Lucy said "What's wrong?" He said and he stopped walking.

"Yeah okay its nothing but I went out for a walk which I know I shouldn't have done since i sometimes can't even stand" She said "Go on" He said back "Yeah so now i'm kind off laying on the pavement because I fell and I cant get up" Lucy said quick "Lucy, I swear you can't do that you're still recovering" Grey said as he smiled knowing it wouldn't make any difference "I know I know but can you please sent someone who can at least bring me home and do not under any circumstances tell tim he will kill me" She added.

"Fine but you will not leave that house again until you're cleared okay?!" Grey said stern and Told Nyla and Angela to come over to him "Understood sir thank you for your help." She added and he hung up "What's up sarge?" Angela said "Look Lucy, went out for a walk and of course she fell because well she cant even stand so will you please pick her up?" Grey said "That girl, I swear, yes of course we'll do that" Nyla said and they laughed. Nyla and Angela arrived at Lucy's location.

"heyyyy.." Lucy said to them, sitting on the ground "Lucy you were told to rest not to go out and walk" Angela said and Nyla laughed at seeing Lucy. "I'm sorry but I just couldn't do nothing anymore" Lucy answered "Lucy it's been a week, please just stay in bed so you can make a good recovery" Angela said "yeah, yeah I will but will you please help me up?" Lucy said and Nyla laughed "Yeah okay come here" Angela and Nyla helped Lucy up and sat her in the back of the shop "Yeah okay so, I think Tim didn't tell you guys but I'm staying at his house" Lucy said.

"Wait what?" Nyla replied looking at Angela " yeah, I needed a person who could take care of me for two weeks and Tim forced me to chose him and since I live in a apartment he took me here since it's easier" Lucy said and Angela and Nyla laughed "Are you sure that that's the only reason?" Nyla said "Shut up, he just wants to be helpful" Lucy said back "Mhmm" Angela said. "Okay, we'll drive to your boyfriend's house." Nyla said and Angela grinned "Nyla, I swear will you guys stop, there is nothing between us I mean it" Lucy responded "Fine, but you guys are the last ones to see it, i'm just saying" Nyla added and Lucy didn't respond to that.

They got to his house and helped Lucy out. "So how did you exactly fall down?" Nyla said while helping Lucy inside "Well, I tried to walk very slowly and It went fine but then I felt a very sharp pain in my leg and fell down." Lucy said and Angela looked at her leg "Lucy your leg is bleeding" Angela said and they looked down "O shit" Nyla said, Lucy pulled up her pants a bit and some stitches came loose "Okay and now we're turning around to the hospital" Angela said and they walked back to the car.

"Shit, Bradford will definitely get informed now" Lucy said as she sat back down in the back of the shop "What's the problem with that?" Angela said as she looked at Nyla "He will eat me" Lucy said as she sighed "He hasn't done that already?" Nyla said in full serious mode and Angela burst out laughing.

"Are we really playing dirty?!, you know I was his rookie right?!" Lucy almost screamed " Was!, I mean you guys are so in love why can't you see it" Nyla replied "We are not going to talk about this" Lucy said and Angela and Nyla dropped Lucy off at the hospital and drove back to the station. "Hey what took you guys so long?" Grey said as he stopped them in their tracks.

"yeah we had to bring Lucy to the hospital" Nyla said "WHAT, what happened is she okay?" Grey said very worried about her, he had been paranoid since he had seen her mutilated body while doing CPR. "Grey, calm down she's fine, some of her stitches came loose as she fell so she is just checking in to make sure everything's okay" Angela said as she grabbed both of his arms "okay that's good, that's good" he said and smiled.

"hey guys what's going on?" Tim said as he walked up to them "ehh you need to get Lucy" Nyla said "WHAT HAPPENED, is Lucy okay where is she?!" Tim said almost screaming "CALM DOWN, jeez you guys are not on a roll today" Angela said looking at them and Nyla chuckled "Lucy is fine, she fell and a couple of stitches came loose and she is now in the hospital fixing them" Nyla said "what how the hell did that happen?!" He said back "she went for a walk, yeah I know, stupid and fell" Angela said "and how did she get to the hospital?" He asked "we drove her there" Angela said "And you didn't tell me?!" Tim replied.

"She told us not to, knowing you would kill her" Nyla said "She is damn right, I'm going to eat that girl alive" he replied as he started to walk away. Nyla and Angela looked at each other and burst out laughing "go get your girl!" Angela screamed after him and he stopped mid track.

"She's not my girl" he said as he turned around facing them as he frowned "why is she staying at your house then?" Nyla said and Grey looked just as confused as Tim did "I need to take care of her from the doctor and my house is much easier than her apartment" Tim said as he started walking back to them "No you forced Lucy to let you take care of her but...Alright keep lying to yourself but you don't have to do it for us" Angela added with a smirk "nothing is going on between Lucy and me!" Tim said.

"Maybe not yet but soon I'll be right all along, like I always am!" Angela said "Shut up" Tim said and he walked to his car to get Lucy "will we please still be invited at the wedding?" Nyla screamed after him "I still have my gun!" He screamed back and They laughed. They turned around to see Grey looking a little shocked and Nyla and Angela spend the whole afternoon telling Grey in on all their suspicions.

*at the hospital* Tim walked in and asked for Lucy Chen. "Hey Tim" She said as he walked in "You went for a walk?" Tim said as he sat in the chair next to the hospital bed. "I'm sorry, I just couldn't sit all day" She said apologetically "So you thought it was a great idea to go outside all alone?" Tim said "I'm sorry" She replied "So are you all stitched up?" Tim said "Yes I'm ready to go, I'm sorry I didn't call you I don't know what I was thinking" She replied and got up "Yeah Angela mentioned something about that" Tim replied and Lucy stopped in her tracks "What did she say?" she asked.

"That you didn't tell me because I would kill you" Tim snickered "And what was your response?" she asked a little worried "Ehh, I said. She is damn right, I'm going to eat that girl alive" Tim said, still laughing a bit "Shit" She said and she started walking/ crawling again "What's wrong?" Tim said and Lucy explained the situation "We're screwed aren't we?" Tim said "Yup, really need to figure things out" Lucy said and she got into Tim's car. "What do you want to do about it?" Tim said as he started driving "I don't know, but we need to figure it out" Lucy responded, they drove to Tim's house.
