Chapter 77

Reny POV

I've been calling Nova for hours and nothing

I eventually called Trey.

He answered the phone.

"Wsp baby, sis," he said.

"Have you heard from Nova? I've been calling her, and there's been no answer," I said.

"Shii, I was just about to call you ass, asking the same question," he said.

"I don't know what to do; maybe I go over her crib; I'll call you if anything," I said.

"Ight baby, sis," he said.

I hung up.

"Bae get dressed." I said, Tryna, get out of bed.

"Why do I have to go?" he said.

"Because you're driving," I said.

"Uhhhh, baby," he said.

I went to the bathroom because this baby is on my bladder.

After I finished,

"Bae, you're ready." tae said

"Yeah," I said, grabbing my shades and purse.

We went to the car. Dontae opened the door for me.

I got into the car, and he closed the door for me when I got in.

We drove off.

"Where to, ma?" he said.

"Nova crib," I said, texting Nova and stuff.

Still no reply.

15 minutes later

I made it to Nova House and knocked on her door.

I used my key and opened the door.

"Check the guest room and bathroom," I said, talking to Dontae.

I went into her room and bathroom.

"Nothing," I said, coming out of her bedroom into the living room.

"Nothing," Dontae said.

Coming out of the bathroom

"Ok, where the hell is this bitch?" I said.

I called Trey back.

"Wsp baby, sis," he said.

"Not at home," I said.

"Man, where the fuck is she?" Trey said staring to get ready

I started thinking.

"Check her lo; I don't know why we're not thinking about that," I said.

"It says she was at target, like 18 hours ago," he said.

"Alr," I said, leaving her house.

"Meet me there, about to call Jamari." Trey said

"Ok," I said, getting back into the car.

We made it to target

We drove around looking to see if we could find her car or anything.

Incoming call: Big Bro Trey Trey ❤️

"Yeah," I said, answering the call.

"I found her car," he said.

"Ok, we're at the home side," he said.

"Ok, you heard him," I said, asking Tae.

"Yeah," he said, driving over there.

I hung up the phone.

We pull up.

I got out of the car while Tae went to the park.

I looked around and saw the trunk still open, and I saw that there were still bags and the cart.

I saw her phone on the ground and her keys.

My heart dropped automatically, already knowing the worst.

"TREYYYY!" I yelled as my voice cracked.

They all came running, looking at everything.

"Fuck," Trey said.

"You think this was the 90's," Donate said.

"Yeah," Trey said, trying to stay calm.

"WHAT FUCCIN 90's PEOPLE?" I said, yelling.

Jamari explained everything to me.

I started breaking down.

And Tae tried to hug me.

"Don't touch me," I said.

"Bae," he said.

"NO, you guys ever get tired of this gang life; like, bro, my sister has been kidnapped in it's because of all yall," I said, crying.

"FUCK," Jamari said.

"Ok, we're going to go check the cameras." Trey said

"Ok, I'll stay out here to grab her shit," I said.

"Stay with my sister." Jamari said, talking to tae

"Of course, man," Tae said.

"Can you please grab her stuff from the ground?" I said, talking to Tae.

I put her bags in the trunk and closed it.

I started crying more.

"Taeee, what if she's dead?" I said.

"Nova is not dead; she is so strong, and she knows how to defend herself," Tae said, hugging me

"I don't know; what if she is?" I said, crying.

He just rubbed my back, trying to comfort me, but I can tell he was worried.

Trey came back out.

"I've seen the camera tape, and it showed her getting snatched." Trey said as his voice cracked.

"So what?" I said, tears coming down my face.

"We called the cops, but I honestly don't know if she's fine." Jamari said worried.

"What if she's not okay?" I said.

"We gone pray for the best; we gone find her." Trey said, hugging me.

"What about mom and dad?" I said.

"We're going to tell them after the cops come." Jamari said

I couldn't stop. I was just thinking the worse what If she's not okay,

Omniscient POV

Nova woke up slowly, in pain.

She could only see out of one eye; her other eyes was bruised up really badly.

She was weak, and she lost so much blood.

She started crying.

Praying to God that she live

"Ooo, now the bitch is not as bold as we thought." dread head said coming up to her

"Damn, bitch, you look bad," Nosy said.

Dreadhead took the thing out of her mouth.

"You ready to talk" he said

"No," she said.

"Alright then," he said.

He started beating on her again.

He stopped and squeezed her gunshot whom, making her scream

She cried

"So you ready to tell me or what?" the dread head said.

"NOOO!" she yelled out, crying.

"Ok, then, I guess we're taking turns," the dreadhead said.

His little three musketeers were cracking their knuckles and everything.

They all took turns beating on her, blood dripping down her face.

They beat on her body

One was chocking her.

They just kept beating on her, making her suffer and cry.

Trey pov

We were at my mom's house.

Everyone was really emotional

"SO YOUR TELLING ME THESE GUYS TOOK MY BABY, AND WE DONT KNOW WHERE SHE IS, IN THIS IS BECAUSE OF YOU STUID BOYS," my mom said, hitting on me.

"Honey, honey," my dad said, grabbing her off me.

"FIND MY CHILD," my mom said, crying.

"What's going on?" Chanze said.

Mom turned around and looked at him, whipped her tears, and walked up to him.

"Hey, honey, everything's fine. Just go back upstairs on your game," my mom's voice cracking.

"Ok," Chanze said, leaving.

"Find Nova," my mom said, leaving and going into her room and slamming the door.

"Your mom is really worried, but son, you should've worn all of us because your sister would've known not to go out late by herself," my dad said.

"Dad, I don't know if she's okay or not, but I'm going to do everything in my power to find her," I said.

"Shii me tooo, and I'll kill anyone who's in my way." Jamari said

I could tell my dad was not okay.

"Where the hell is DJ?" My dad said he was getting hot.

"Nigga left her; she told him she didn't want kids left and got another bitch," Reny said.

"WHEN I SEE THAT NIGGA IMMA FUCK HIM UP," I said.

"He should've been with her." Jamari said as his voice cracked.

Everyone was getting really emotional, and I was scared because my little sister could be dead, and I was trying not to think the worst, but my little sister is missing, and I feel like it's all my fault, and I feel like I let my family down.

"I need air," Reny said, going outside.

Tae was about to follow after her

"No, I'll go," I said.

I went outside and sat next to her.

Tears are coming down her face as she tries to be calm.

"Trey, I can't stop thinking about the worst. What if they killed him?" she said, crying.

"Heyyy, she is gonna Be fine. Stop thinking the worst. Nova is a strong girl, and we're going to find her," I said, hugging her.

"Yall better. I don't know what I will do without her," she said.

"Shii nun of us will know what we will do without her." I said

Nova pov

I was up, and tears were coming down my face.

I told myself everything was going to be okay, even though it wasn't.

I felt my life slipping away slowly. I've lost a lot of blood.

I just wanted it all to be over.

But I was weak and I couldn't fight back; I was just in pain, and I was bleeding and just thinking about my family.

I was just thinking of my family. My tears were coming down my face.

This is it for me.
