I was tired and rested the remainder of Tuesday and Wednesday. More like, Severus made me. I wrapped all the presents for Harry's birthday and everyone who was coming to his party. I even convinced Clive and even Devon when he called to say hi, to come and I slipped out for two more gifts with Severus. He would not let me go without him anywhere.

Now it's Thursday and I have a 12:45pm appointment with Sid at some chip shop (I assume fish and chips, how very British) at the corner of Cold Harbor Lane and Atlantic Rd. I hope it works out as well as the other two.

It seems my father was helping young magical men to be businessmen going into the muggle world. It seems even Clive got his leg up from my father, when I called him Wednesday to see how he was doing. I just discovered my father really was a wonderful man in this world of magic or muggle. It made me feel good, even if I was a transplanted daughter. I do hope I make him proud looking down at me.

I got dressed in a yellow sundress and wore my white blazer again. I put on my cream colored flat shoes, put my hair up in a ponytail and light makeup, again. I kissed my husband and did the same thing I did when meeting Devon. I caught a cab outside the antique store by the Leaky Cauldron.

When I was dropped off it was 12:30pm and the chip shop was really called Chip Shop right on the corner. It looked like a pretty cool place in a graffiti style. I found it ironic how all three people were Londoners.

I crossed the street and was walking down the sidewalk when this young fellow, about early 20's with dirty blonde short haired mohawk with a flash of blue color, brown eyes, dressed kinda post punk in baggy black jeans and a white t-shirt and black leather vest, walked up to me. "Hey there beautiful, fancy some fish and chips with Sid?" I smiled.

"Sounds great to me. The fish and chips are good here?" He laughed.

"Tops in all Brixton. I recommend the cod ones the best. Come on love, the workers are nice. Best at night though, the tunes make the place. You'll be brighten' it up more though." He said, holding open the door.

I smiled, "Well let's give it a go then. " He laughed.

It was a small place but had one long bar and seating all round the walls. We found a table and a young girl came up and said, "Wotcha Sid. Looking fresh today. What'll ya have, love?" She smiled at him in a flirty way. I think she 'likes' him. She didn't look at me at all in a snobby way.

"Cod and chips, Bring me a Tennent's." He said.

"And what's ya want?" She said, a little frosty.

"I'll have the same, please." I smiled at her. She frowned, turned and walked away.

I said,"I thought you said they were nice here? I think she wants you for herself, ya know?"

He chuckles,"Yeah, a know, it's painful obvious. She's not me type. She tries, but she's always on me zipper. If ya know what a mean?" I start laughing.

"So, ya got that American accent, thought her da, had ya travelin'?" Yep another one involving my father.

The waitress brings us both a beer, plunks it down with a little splash without a word and walks away. Not very friendly at all. Jealous, much? Wow. Sid says," Gimme a sec." He gets up and goes into the kitchen behind the bar. You hear some guy yelling in back. Sid comes back and sits down. "Sorry bout that. She was in need of… a 'adjustment'." I laughed.
