A few days later, I decided on reading some in my family library and grimories on spells, just to see what I could discover that may be useful. While I was looking for another book, I noticed a small thick leather bound book, more like a journal wedged between volumes. I started to read it. It was a handmade book of family invented spells. That gave me a thought that perhaps I could invent some of my own spells.

As I read and even practiced a few innocuous spells, I found some very dark defensive spells called:

'Cutem Laceranti' is tearing the skin open of the opponent.

'Oculi Frondibus' is to blind one's opponent.

'Mortis Sanguinem' causes the opponent to bleed to death.

'Spiritus Subsisto' causes opponent to stop breathing.

This made me shiver on how pissed off you would have to be to hate that much. Someone would have to solidly piss my ass off into a furious rage. Then, I found something in an old raggedy large book that looked interesting and could be useful. It sounded like fire containment spells and a magic stripping spell.

'Inges Ignis Operire' containment of large fires.

'Suffocat Ingens Ignis' putting out large fires.

'Penitus Exuit Amet' to strip or suck the magic from inside a dwelling and from all things there in.

The last one is a last resort type spell. To strip all magic from all living and objects within, would have one helluva impact on people in that environment. I will hold that in the back of my mind for another apocalyptic time. I will need to test the other fire spells on regular fire first. I will wait until Severus is home to try it out. I was excited. I hope it will be enough to contain fiendfyre. Then, I can get these three horcruxes out of my possession and existence.

I went back to my lab to check my formula equations on the Cruciatus curse. I am able to modify some natural and some chemical compounds to react to the side effects of body tremors and shaking. It also will address some of the headaches from the electrical disruption on the synapse in the brain. The basic disruption that continues after the cursing effect, is my puzzle. I need to find the compounds, enzymes, or chemicals that will work in tandem together and reduce the inflammation of the brain tissue, yet defuse the current completely. That's why it is such a long recovery, that's why it short circuited the Longbottom's brains and vegatized them. How Severus survived it as regular punishment treatment from Voldemort, I'll never know. The risk and damage of long term exposure to that damn curse is horrific. I have much more to find with this endeavor in mind.

The werewolfism potion is doing well, the monthly dose has been done and I still have enough yearly dose potions on hand. I will have to work on a more permanent solution and get that cure developed. I have isolated the virus from before, and it's not only in the blood. I need the right balance of compounds blended perfectly for the human body to withstand the eradication of not just the virus but on a cellular level. I'm thinking of how I won't be suppressing the virus but actually destroying it. I can't destroy all cells. My puzzle here is finding where the cells that contain the virus all congregate. Magic can't do everything like wizards believe it is their prejudice that never gave muggles credit in so many wonderful things and inventions for centuries. Talk about limiting one's thinking.

I need the spells for the scans healers use to scan the body and see if they have some molecular level types of spells that can detect diseased cells. Perhaps, I can find a cooperative healer. I'll ask Severus if he knows someone who deals with making potions for the infirmary. I'll have to wait and see.
