They were waiting for the Wicked train to pass by them hiding behind a large boulder. Spencer was biting her nail anxiously, Thomas’ head kept turning back to her from the passenger seat but she ignored him keeping her eyes trained to the tracks as she was on high alert for any danger.

Her head shot towards the left when she heard the large train horn, she slammed her hands on the back of Vince’s seat. “Go! Go!”

Vince listens to her immediately and starts to drive, pressing down on the gas pedal and driving out from the boulder towards the train. The three could see the other jeep on the other side of the train driving towards the front of the train.

Thomas brings the walkie talkie to his lips, “Brenda we’re coming up behind. Keep ‘em busy.”

As Vince presses harder on the gas pedal the jeep starts to get jumpy so Spencer wraps her hand around the top bar of the jeep.

“Hang on!” Vince shouted to the two.

Just before they were going to slam into the side of the train he jerked the wheel right causing the jeep to be at the back of the train instead like they wanted. When they had reached the end of the train he made a quick U turn onto the tracks picking up speed as pebbles and dirt flew in the air behind them.

Vince shook his head in disbelief mostly at the crazy plan they had made up, “This is crazy!” He shouted over the motor of the car.

Spencer wrapped both her hands around the bar on the outside of the jeep as she lifted herself out the window.

“Careful Pixie!”

She looked down at him smiling, “When am I not?”

Before he could respond she made her way to the hood of the car on one knee her other leg spread out but her knee resting on the hood so she had a better grip. She wrapped one hand around the bar on the hood and the other helped Thomas to where she was.

Thomas took the same stance she had but grabbed onto the hook, “Get us closer Vince!”

He reached forwards to try and hook it onto the back of the train as Vince sped up. The tire of the jeep was scraping against the side of the track and they all knew it was going to pop in a matter of time.

Thomas successfully hooked the hook onto the back of the train before jumping onto the small platform on the back of the train. His hand wrapped around the ladder whilst the other was outstretched towards Spencer.

She let go of the bar balancing herself as she stood to her feet before leaping off the hood, her hand wrapped around the ladder like his.

“Vince! Come on!” Spencer shouted to him.

Vince struggled to stand on the hood and right before he was going to jump the tire popped just like they expected. He fell onto his side with his head dangling off the edge and right by the rim of the popped tire, sparks flying.

Both Spencer and Thomas stretched their free hands out towards him, “Vince!”

Not only did the tire pop but the hook's wire started to unravel causing the jeep to move backwards. Vince struggles to get back up to his feet as the jeep moves.

“You gotta jump Vince!”

Vince takes the leap, his hand barely landing in Thomas’ as he tightly grasps onto him but his feet dangle off the platform. Spencer quickly grabs his other hand pulling him up together. Once his feet were safely on the platform they both released him letting him grab onto the ladders either side of him.

Vince turned his head back to look at the jeep that was starting to disappear out of view, “Shit.”

Thomas shook his head, his foot stepping onto the bottom bar on the ladder, “Lets go!2
