Back at Ilvermorny, the atmosphere crackled with urgency. Ethan and Lila gathered with Headmistress Whitlock, Professor Dawes, and the rest of their team in the war room. Maps and parchments littered the tables, illuminated by the flickering light of enchanted candles.
"We managed to disrupt their ritual, but Hale escaped with the Heart of Sayre," Ethan reported, his voice edged with frustration. "We need to figure out where she might have gone."
Professor Dawes nodded, her brow furrowed in concentration. "Based on our previous intelligence, there are a few locations where the Eclipse Society could regroup. We need to focus our efforts there."
Lila stepped forward, unfolding a map of known Eclipse Society hideouts. "Hale mentioned something about reshaping the magical world. If we can decipher what they were planning to do with the Heart, it might lead us to their next move."
Whitlock paced the room, her expression grave. "They won't rest until they've accomplished their goal. We have to stay one step ahead."
As they discussed their next steps, a young wizard hurried into the room, breathless. "Headmistress, urgent news," he gasped. "We intercepted a message from a captured Eclipse Society member. They're planning a major operation in the Adirondack Mountains."
Ethan exchanged a glance with Lila. "That's where they must be heading. It's remote enough for them to regroup and plan their next move."
Whitlock nodded decisively. "Gather your team, Ethan. We're going to the Adirondacks."
