I was a little bit shocked lol, But I hope you guys are still enjoying (I know I don't really have any room to talk (I really do have a very beautiful and dedicated audience and I don't want it to seem like I'm complaining in any way whatsoever) But normally things average out a little different, and I'm worried I shocked you all a little too much haha)

Oh, also some slightly bad news, I know for a little while I was doing a chapter a week, and I think for the past two months it's been a chapter every two weeks, but I'll be moving soon and didn't get told till yesterday, and I have about two weeks to pack up my entire apartment, so it might take me a little bit longer to write the next next chapter. Technically the next chapter is written, it just needs to be edited to fit, but the chapter after that might be a little longer than usual, or it might not take that long (Since I write them during free time at work lol), I'm not really sure, but I'll try to get it out as soon as possible!

A week later, a couple walks into the front door of the adoption center with someone you hadn't expected to see for a while, if not potentially never again.
And you feel your heart drop. You had been talking to Changkyun about the influx of new hybrids coming in and how well they were doing on rooms when you saw a familiar head of hair walk through the doors right behind the couple.
Changkyun asks you to wait, going to the front desk. You stay in the back, but the door is open so you can see out into the lobby. You look over, wondering how long it would take him before he would be able to come back and talk to you.
"Hello, how can I help you?" He asks. But the voice of your friend sounds so far away when you meet Minho's eyes with your own.
The two of you stare at each other for a while until he turns away, looking sadder than you had ever seen him before. You want to ask what's wrong. What could possibly be bothering him, but it wouldn't be your place anymore...
Then your head turns to the couple, why were they here?
"I just, we don't really think he's the kind of pet for us." The husband says, his wife patting him on the arm.
"He's not very active, and we were hoping for someone who would be able to join us on our walks. Not... Someone who just lies down in the sun all day. We were grateful for the opportunity to take care of such a precious hybrid, but I think we just want something a little bit different in our lives right now."
