Chapter 22: The Beach: Minho's Big Day Out

This one took a while because y'all know how much I love writing fluff (hahahahaahahahhahaahahhahhaahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA)

but we had to establish character dynamics and shiii, so, here you can have this *vomits up the story so the words appear right before you scroll down*

also kinda maybe teased minsung, they obvi won't get together in this(?), but I do feel like the minsung dynamic has always been important for both of them (IE: Minho being annoying and Jisung being appalled, but also sometimes maybe into it. Because I think it's funny lol)

Minho is also a big liar in this chapter because I think it's funny, but I also feel like when I do this bit people get confused. Minho is lying for fun because he's a menace and also a LAIR! and ALSO!  A MENACE!

Also don't ask me why Minho's birthday is in spring, it's none of my business I just write here. 

He's just not a menace with Felix because that's illegal. 

I rest my case.

Also yeah I'm doing good, and no this story hasn't been abandoned, I'm still working on it lol. But sometimes you have to write fluff, bleh. I don't like that part, what I do for the plot *shakes head and shrugs*

Minho recovered surprisingly quickly. Which is so extremely good. Despite how hurt he's been lately he's also been in a bit of a better mood, which mainly means he's still expecting princess treatment, but you've seen him with a smile on his face sometimes when you look in a window and find him and Felix together.

You're surprised to hear the two of them talking like old friends. You're not exactly always watching Felix when he's running around the facility, but you're glad he's making friends where he can.

You knock on Minho's door. He's still under observation for the time being, just to make sure he's doing ok. But overall, he's out of the danger zone, it's really just to be on the safest possible side of what happened to him.

"Hey buddy. How are you doing today?" It's not surprising to find Felix in here, the two of them are playing some sort of game, the scattered pieces colorful.

"Good!" Felix chirps.

"I'm alive aren't I?" Minho rolls his eyes as he says it.

You laugh lightly. "Minho, are you ready for your checkup?"

Minho nods, standing up and stretching his body in the only way you've ever seen a cat hybrid be able to do. He hops up onto the table, removing the shirt he was wearing so you could check the bruising. After giving him a thorough checking, you dubbed him clear.

You go to write it down on the chart, only to have something else catch your notice.

"Minho it's your birthday next week."
