Megumi x Gn! Reader

It was late at night. 3-4 am, maybe? Megumi shot up from his bed, breathing heavily, heart beating. His eyes darted across the room as he tried to catch his breath, then his eyes fell on the alarm clock.

3:46 AM...

Shit. It's already so late at night. Maybe he can just step by your door to make sure you're ok? He stood up out of bed and put on a black tank top to cover his bare chest.

He slipped on some shoes then walked out the door, debating wether if he should go see you or not. Eventually, he just started walking.

In cause you haven't noticed, dear reader, he had a bad dream about you.

Megumi sighed as he reached your door, debating wether he should knock, or just leave. He walked back on forth in front of your door, wishing he could just go back to the comfort of his warm bed, without worrying about you.

You are a light sleeper, probably due to the fact that you're always ready to fight. You heard steps pacing back and forth around your door. You slowly stood up from bed and grabbed a bat that was in the corner of your room. 

As you approached the door, you hesitated wether to open it or not. finally, you swung the door open and got ready to strike, only to be met with a certain raven haired boy stopping your bad from hitting him.

You dropped the bat and waved your hands around, trying to apologise. But Megumi only looked at you with a sigh of relief. As you were stammering apologies, Megumi wrapped his arms around you. 

You froze at first, but quickly returned the hug. He rested his head on your shoulder and sighed, letting himself inhale the soothing sent of your shampoo. "I'm so, so glad that you're ok." Megumi didn't care how ridiculous he sounded at this point. He just needed to know that you were ok.

 "Uhm, are you ok, Meg?" You asked, patting his back in a soothing manner. "yeah..sorry. Just- a bad dream." Megumi respond. He quickly backed away and scratched the nape of his neck, a embarrassed look was present on his face.

 "Do...Do you want to stay here tonight?" You asked as you looked at him with a soft smile. Megumi's eyes widened slightly in disbelief, before he looked at you with a soft smile of his own. 

 "Yeah, yeah I think I'd like that."
