Inside the room, Seonghwa was sitting in Hongjoong's arms, no longer crying, but instead trying to process what had just happened. Yunho had managed to calm him down completely, the panic having disappeared, breathing and heart rate all back to normal. It was now just the shock of what happened. Above what had happened, he hadn't even processed the conversation with Hongjoong from earlier.
"Seonghwa.. do you want to talk about it?"
Yunho asked, receiving a shake of the head in response. It was understandable.
"Do you want to speak of anything?"
Same response.
"Okay, you can just stay here. You can stay as long as needed, even when our session ends."
Nod.
Hongjoong gently rubbed Seonghwa's back reassuringly, he switched his gaze from looking at the man in his arms to Yunho. The psychologist also noticed and looked at him, seeing a look in the man's eyes that screamed 'I messed up'.
He was confused about that, but he wasn't sure if he should ask with Seonghwa in the room, as he didn't know what it was about. And right now, they shouldn't leave the white haired man alone; that was the last thing they should do, especially with Seonghwa being in Hongjoong's embrace and probably not wanting to leave that embrace.
"I'll get you two some water."
Yunho suddenly spoke before getting up and leaving the room, getting two glasses of water before hearing the doorbell. Strangely, he wasn't expecting anyone else today as the session with Seonghwa would normally be his last one of the day. He looked over to the front door, seeing the woman - aka his secretary - open the door. He then saw who it was. The white hair. Minjun. Oh no.
The secretary was telling him how he couldn't come in without an appointment and that there was currently a session ongoing, but he didn't seem to be willing to leave. Yunho decided to step in. He came to the door.
"I'll take over."
He told his secretary, who nodded and went back to work. He turned to Minjun and bowed. He knew the man was not of real royalty, but he couldn't show that, he couldn't reveal his links to Seonghwa as that could possibly endanger himself and Seonghwa and Hongjoong.
"What can I help you with, sir?"
"Well, I noticed a certain someone coming in here and I need to speak with him."
"And who would that be?"
Yunho raised an eyebrow, pretending not to know.
"The man is currently inside for a session with you."
"Mr. Kim? I didn't think you knew him, sir."
He used Hongjoong's last name, but at the same time the most common name. And he didn't even lie, not fully at least, there was someone named Kim inside, just not for his session. Plus, Minjun indeed didn't know Hongjoong.
"Kim? Kim who?"
"I can't share information about my clients, sir, even just names. And if I'm correct, didn't you say you knew him?"
Minjun seemed to be getting annoyed at this point, but he could tell Yunho was not going to budge and wasn't going to tell him Seonghwa was inside.
"It seems I was mistaken then. I was looking for someone named Park Seonghwa, but I guess I was imagining seeing him coming here."
Yunho hummed in response and nodded.
"It's okay, mistakes happen. Now excuse me sir, but I need to get back to the session with Mr. Kim if you don't mind."
