"WAKEY WAKEY!" the doctor yelled "I FOUND OUT WHAT HAPPENED!"
"Ugh," just as I was finally getting some rest. I frustratedly walked over to the cabin and plopped in my seat and watched as the rest of the passengers slowly walked back in.
"So what happened?" the man across from me asked
"Well" the doctor responded "I found traces of poison in his bloodstream,"
"POISON!" That woman was still red from crying "WHO WOULD DO SUCH A THING?!"
"I don't know but there was one strange this about the poison,"
"What is it?" Ernest asked
"It was strychnine," the doctor responded. "Or in other words rat poison. Do with that information what you will,"
"Well," Ernest said, "how are we getting out of here? It's not like any of us knows how to drive a train,"
"He brings up a good question," a woman beside me said
"We can call somewhere I just bought a telephone for my house im sure the police have one,"
"Unless you plan on spawning a telephone out of thin air I don't think that will be any good," Ernest responded snarkily
"u..um g.guys"
"WHAT!" we all said together
"I have something to say,"
"What is it dear," I said trying to be comforting considering we all just screamed at her
"Strychnine,"
"What about it?"
"m..my dad died the same way,"
"Oh my god"
"How did it happen?"
"I don't really know. All I know is that he came back from work and the second he stepped into the house he had a seizure just like those two men." She said, "One of his co-workers slipped some poison into his coffee right before he left."
"Wait a minute," I said "how far away was your fathers work,"
"15 minutes?"
"What's so weird about 15 minutes?" Ernest asked
"She said one of his co-workers slipped it into his coffee on the way out of work,"
"Uhhh, yea" what's so weird about that?" she said
"That means that it took somewhere between 30-15 minutes to take effect,"
"Ok?? Why does that matter?"
"That means that these men had to have drank the poison this morning,"
"So your saying-"
"The murderer is among us,"
