You and Steve walked down more hallways and up elevators. Finally Steve stopped in front of a room that was on the 74th floor of the building. The door was plain, a creamy white paint covering it. But when Steve opened the door your jaw fell to the floor. There was a huge room in front of you. It had a queen sized bed pushed up against the right wall, a pretty nightstand, a dresser across from the bed, and two wall-sized windows on the other side of the room. A small but comfortable-looking chair sat beside a plant near one of the windows. You noticed another door and walked over to it. Behind the door was a bathroom three times the size that you were used to. There was a black toilet and a matching black sink, a sliding glass door separating the rest of the room from the shower.

(Your bathroom. I know the picture is big but I can't make it smaller. Sorry!)

You gasp and turn back to Steve who is watching you and smiling.

"Do you like it?" He asks.

"I-I love it." You say back. You look again at the room around you. "I don't want to be that guy, but now that we're alone can you tell me why Soldat can't come with me?"

Steve sighed but answered. "We just don't want him to be near the rest of the team. He's still dangerous."

"I have more kills than him! I train girls in the Red Room! I've been working for the Red Room and HYDRA since I was four! Why am I not 'dangerous?'"

"You are! But you're a team member's daughter. And it's not like we won't be making sure that you're not doing anything stupid. My room is just down the hall along with Natasha's."

"The bitch? This will be fun." You say sarcastically.

"Oh come on. I'll leave you to settle in then. I'll be back in an hour to check on you. You can walk around just don't leave this floor. Got it?" You nod and he leaves.

You sit down on your new bed and look around. You aren't used to having this much space. In the Red Room you had a dirty cell with a super thin mattress for a bedroom. The toilets were communal, and instead of a shower men would stick you in a room, make you take off all of your clothes, and hose you down. Not the most comfortable way to stay clean.

You sat back up and walked to the bathroom. You wanted to try out this new showering system. You've seen them in houses before, but you didn't really know how to use them. After you took off your clothes you stepped into the shower. The tiles were cold, making you jump a bit when you touched them. You moved to stand under the big square that came out of the wall. There were two valves, one having a 'C' on it while the other had an 'H.' You turned the one labeled 'C' and cold water instantly started to pour onto you. It was cold. Colder than even the Red Room's water. You quickly turned the valve off, shivering a little bit. You reach forward again and turn the valve that has the 'H' on it all the way. Boiling hot water bursts out of the square making you jump out of the way. You try to turn it off but you can't reach the valve from where you stand behind the glass.

"STEVE!" You shout. Soon you hear running footsteps down the hall and into the bedroom. The door swings open and a very worried-looking Steve is on the other side. Once he sees that you're naked he quickly covers his eyes with his left hand.

"Y/n! What's wrong? And where are your clothes?" He asks.

"Hi Stevie. The water is too hot and I can't reach the valve to turn it off." You tell him. He nods and starts to walk over. He reaches across you to get to the valve and his arm slightly scrapes your abdomen. He instantly pulls back mumbling apologies.

"Oh come on you big baby. Have you never seen a naked lady before?" You joke.

"Well I've never seen a friend's daughter naked." He says back. He turns the valve off and backs away. "Do you need anything else?"

"I don't think so. I'll call you if I do." Steve nods and walks out of the room, closing the door behind him. You get back into the shower and try to get the right temperature this time. You try to only slightly move the 'C' valve. Cool water showers your skin. It felt nice. A smile appears on your face, a rare thing for you. But you don't move. You just stand there. It reminds you of the rain. You remember whenever it would rain in the Red Room the halls would be deafening. The water would hit the metal roof and an echoing sound would come after. You remember how all of the girls and guards would be silent. No one would speak. People would barely move when it was raining. You remember laying on your 'mattress' and just listening to the beautiful sound of the rain without anyone bothering you. Classes were canceled because it was too loud and no one could hear anything. It was the only time that you could ever get peace. How you love the rain.
