Lisa never heard Jennie shout angrily like that and got out of her shock and followed her as she walked towards him, but Jisoo stopped her from doing anything. "What are you doing here?" she asked him, and Hae-In looked at her and Bo-Hyun with a frown. "I just want to talk to you in private," Hae-In said. "You really wanted to talk to her after everything?" Jennie says in disbelief and anger, and her words seemed to sting Hae-In as he sighs. Before Jennie could say anything more, Jisoo spoke, "Alright, I'll talk to you." She said, "Do you want me to join you?" Bo-Hyun asked Jisoo, who shook her head. "No, I can handle it," she replied, and she started walking with Hae-In in tow.
After a little distance, the others joined in with the three. "So who's that?" Suelgi asked. "That's Jung Hae-In, Jisoo's ex-boyfriend," Jennie revealed to everyone as she started following them. They saw the exes stop at the café, where BamBam just opened and entered. Everyone else decided to stay out, wanting to give them privacy, and sat near one of the benches while Bo-Hyun worriedly looked at Jisoo. "What happened between them?" Suzy asked. "Well, it's a long story, but let me say that he broke Jisoo's heart."

This revelation shocked everyone as she continued explaining, "They're college sweethearts, and Jisoo's family was well off, but Hae-In was rich and was studying to be a lawyer." Jennie started explaining, "Even if they loved one another, Hae-In kept her like she was a sort of secret to his family and did nothing in the relationship, while Jisoo did everything as she compromised and adjusted herself to his schedule and life until they fought when she found out that he was being matched with someone." Jennie said, hearing that Bo-Hyun closed his fist in anger, staring now at Hae-In while Jennie continued her explanation. "But instead of being brave and revealed their relationship, he left her instead and broke up with her, later saying he's sorry but he's tired," Jennie said, finishing her explanation. "What a jackass!" Yeri muttered. "And that day was bad luck to Jisoo as she lost her job the same day and was depressed for a while." Jennie added, "Is that how she started living with you?" Lisa asks Jennie, who nods, "Yep, and at some point during her stay in my house she got the motivation to write again." Jennie said, smiling at the memory of a happy Jisoo when the publishing house told her they'd publish her book and good things happened after.

"Oh, I know, I remember him now!" Rosé said in realization as everyone looked at her. "I heard of him when I was still working as a lawyer, and I remember hearing from my colleagues that 3 or 2 years ago he broke off his engagement with the girl and left his family firm to go somewhere else." Rosé revealed to them. "Wow, it took him long enough to get brave," Jennie said with annoyance while Lisa tried to calm her down. They didn't have enough time to react to that when Jisoo and Hae-In left the café. Hae-In gave off a sad smile when he said goodbye to Jisoo and walked away. "So what did he want to talk about?" Wendy asked Jisoo, who stared at his figure walking away. "He asked me if I wanted to get back together with him," was her reply.

Everyone was stunned when she said, "Ok, at first he told me he realized he was selfish and made stupid mistakes and decisions when he apparently read one of my books 2 years ago, and it's funny he still knows how I write." Jisoo said with a laugh, "and he realized that he made a huge mistake after reading that heartbreaking book I made and saw that he was trying to turn the girl into another me and comparing the relationship and felt guiltily and regretful, and during the family dinner he revealed everything to his parents and broke off the engagement, left his family's firm, and was trying to find me" Jisoo continued her explanation to everyone who intently listened "He told me that he's sorry for everything he did and asked me if we could get another chance and promised it wouldn't be like the past," Jisoo said, finishing her explanation. "So what did you say?" Bo-Hyun asked her. "I said no and told him I already moved on, plus I'm interested in someone else anyways," Jisoo replied, looking at him.

Everyone stared and thought, "Is this it?" as Bo-Hyun looked at Jisoo. "What do you mean by that?" Bo-Hyun asked, and Seulgi then covered Yeri's mouth as she wanted to get this over with. "This is not the best way to confess, but I like you, Bo-Hyun oppa," Jisoo said shyly, and seeing that made Jennie snicker as it's amusing to see her friend act like that, and everyone watched as Bo-Hyun gave off the biggest smile on his face when Jisoo said, "That's great because I also feel the same way." Was his response, and that made Jisoo smile. "So do you want to go on a date later?" he asked Jisoo, who happily nodded. "FINALLY!" Yeri shouted, making everyone laugh.

After that chaos, everyone went their separate ways except for Jennie and Lisa, who are now walking together. "Well, this has been an interesting day," Lisa said. "Yep, and it's still funny that Jisoo wanted the money on the bet we made since we did make a bet on her." Jennie snickered with Lisa joining. "Hey, Jennie, do you want to-" she wasn't able to complete her sentence when she saw people near Jennie and Jisoo's house. "Jennie, it's nice to see you again," the female voice said to Jennie, who walked towards them and realized she was with someone. "Oh Lisa, meet our friends: Nayeon, Irene, Jinyoung, and Song Min-ho or Mino," she introduced Lisa to them.

Upon seeing them Lisa thought "this should be interesting she said to herself as she walked over to them as Jennie called her over
