It was morning on the Clyde family's vacation in their camper van.

"I love camping" said Lucy.

"Since we're in the countryside, I thought we'd spend the day looking at nature" said Andy.

"Right you are, Andy" said Jeremy.

"I have som coupons for fun places we could go" said Andy.

She showed the first coupon. "There's Tree World."

"What's Tree World?" said Lucy.

"It's a big forest full of trees" Andy answered.

"It sounds a bit boring" said Lucy.

"Or there's Potato City" said Andy showing the second coupon.

"What's Potato City?" said Lucy.

"It's a tour of the potato fields, ending with a potato tasting" said Andy.

"Sounds interesting" said Jeremy.

Andy showed the third coupon. "Or there's Duck Land."

"What's Duck Land?" said Lucy.

"It's a wide river full of ducks" said Andy.

"Duck Land! Let's go to Duck Land!" Lucy squealed.

Matt and Lucy loved ducks very much. They always fed bread to ducks at picnics.

The family started the camper van and turned on the satnav.

"Where are we going today?" said the satnav voice.

"Duck Land please" said Lucy.

"Follow the road up ahead in a straight line" said the satnav.

The family drove along until they got to the duck-themed river.

They got entrance tickets and set up a picnic by the river.

"Where are the ducks?" said Lucy.

"Maybe they're on vacation" said Andy.

Then Jeremy got an idea. "Let's have our picnic lunch. The ducks always turn up..."

"When we have picnics!" Lucy finished.

The family lunched on sandwiches and fruit when the ducks finally showed up.

"Hello, Mrs Duck. Would you like some bread?" said Lucy.

She and Matt threw pieces of bread into the river.

Hundreds of other ducks joined in until they were fed the last morsel from the picnic.

"Time to go home" said Andy.

The family got back in the camper van and asked the satnav what the shortest way home was.

"Drive straight ahead. Into the river" said the satnav.

"Are you sure?" said Andy.

"Yes. Drive into the river" said the satnav.

"But we can't drive in the river" said Lucy.

"Yes. It's talking nonsense" said Jeremy.

"Please press the blue button" said the satnav.

Jeremy did as told and the camper van installed a propeller and a flag and slid into the river.

"The camper van has turned into a boat!" said Lucy.

"I wasn't quite expecting that" said Jeremy.

The camper van sailed on the river until it got back to land.

All they needed to do now was drive up the next hill and they were home again.

"You have reached your destination" said the satnav.

"Thank you for a lovely holiday, Mrs Camper Van" said Lucy.

"You're most welcome" said the satnav.

Soon, it was time for bed and Matt and Lucy were tucked into their own little beds.

"It's nice going on holiday, but it's nicer being back in our own little house" said Lucy.

"Good night, my little ones" Jeremy whispered.

"Good night" said Lucy.
