Ayaan's POV

My jet landed in India an hour ago and I directly came to office for today's meetings. It's normal for my family as I always come directly to office after business trips so they don't wait for me at home. They know I will come back when my work will be finished.

Rahul told me my schedule for today and I started working. I didn't notice that it was time for lunch but I was interrupted by a knock on the door. Avyansh came inside and was looking at me weirdly.

What are you doing here? Avyansh asked me.

It's my cabin so I should be the one asking you this , I replied , sometimes I think he spends too much time with Aryan and has started to loose his brain cells, he already had little of them.

I know but you should be at home, you just came from 2 weeks business trip, he said as if it was the most obvious thing.

I had work at the office and why are you asking me stupid questions, you know I always come directly to office, I asked him tiredly.

It's not same anymore, now you are married and your wife who had not seen you for 2 weeks is waiting for you at home so you should be at home with her eating lunch from her hands while looking into her eyes, he said dreamily, I think I need to talk to Dad about his marriage soon.

What is it a movie scene? Looking into her eyes while she is feeding me lunch, who does this sappy shit in real life? I said shaking my head at his nonsense.

Looking into my wife's eyes as if she will let me, she hadn't once looked at me nor let me look into her eyes and she will be interested in eating that food more than feeding me. Maybe I can feed her and admire her while she is lost in the love of her life i.e food. Hmm that sounds good and I can find a way to talk to her about our marriage.

I am leaving for home so handle all my meetings for today, I said to him while wearing my coat and leaving the office.

I sat in the car and left for home. I reached home and entered to see no one in the hall. I asked a maid and she told me that everyone is in dining hall having lunch.

I entered the dining hall and saw everyone except Anaya at the table having lunch. Mom saw me and got up to hug me.

Ayaan you came, I thought you will come in the evening, Mom asked me.

There wasn't much work at the office so I came early, I said not wanting to tell her the actual reason.

Where is everyone? I asked from Mom looking around.

Avyansh, your Dad and Chachu are at the office and Ahaana and Aryan are at College, she replied clearly leaving my wife.

And others? I asked.

What others, everyone else is in front of you, she said while eating.

He is asking about his wife, Dadu said with a smirk on his face.

Oh, and here I thought you are early because you were missing me but what can we do its true that sons change after marriage and forget about their mother, Mom spoke sadly looking at me.

No Mom there is nothing like that, I said assuring her.

I know, I was just joking and it is your duty to make your wife your priority so I can never be mad about that, now go she is in room and I am sending lunch for both of you in the room, she said teasing me.

I left from there and went towards my room. As I was going I heard something which made me stop. I saw two maids talking with each other in the corner.
