As his eyes darkened something in me shifted. I felt this urge….urge to lean down, open him up and just feel his hands on me……all over my body.
I needed his touch that moment, that very moment but I can't lose control. “Shivani……you are stepping into…” the back of my hand grazed his cheek lightly, “what am I stepping into ... .darling!”“you …yo” words barely coming out of his mouth, “what, is mister perfect, nervous?” I teased him, sweat clearly visible on his face.
The black in her eyes darkened even more, they flickered with lust, desire and at this point frustration. I retrieved my leg from the point where it was resting, holding the zipper attached to one side of the dress. I said, “Do you want to see…more!” my voice was low, dusky, almost identical to his earlier.
Dragging the zipper down a little, “untie me! Now!” His voice was affirmative, like a command. His eyes warned me not to go any further or it would make the situation worse.
His gaze sent shivers down my spine, “open now!” his voice was more stern this time. I quickly lean down and hug his chair, unbuckling the belt. He stood up covering the distance between us. His hand immediately went behind my neck and the other on my waist, he pulled me close as his lips almost touched mine, “ you shouldn't have provoked me”.
His lips crashed on mine, the kiss was anything but slow. His tongue travelled inside at the speed of light. He branded every corner of my mouth. His hand left my neck and went inside my dress from the part where I unzipped it—the next moment my back was pressed to the wall and my legs were wrapped around his waist. My lips left his, both of us feeling breathless.
He sat down with me on top of him, as his hands travelled up my thigh to the point where he was pulling the lace of my underwear.
His lips met mine again while his hand completely unzipped my dress from the side.
The hand that was on my thigh went inside the dress, grazing the band of my bra.
Our lips left each other again, “you shouldn't have done that”, he whispered in my ear as I stood up from on top of him. His voice was as breathless as mineI fixed my hair, feeling all flustered as I zipped my dress back again.
“I..... I didn't mean to!” words barely coming out of my mouth. Before I could say something he interrupted, “Well I don't mind at all, you are ... beautiful” he said hiding his face as he left the room.
A light chuckle left my mouth.
My cheeks were the darkest shade of red they had ever been, I couldn't feel. No, actually I didn't know what I was feeling. This was supposed to be a….. Play….an act but I guess it turned into something more.
Well, it shouldn't have, ahhhhh!I changed back to my comfy pyjama set that I carried and laid down on one side of the bed covering my whole body, which had been on fire since he left, with a blanket.
I heard the door open slowly, and from the corner of my eyes, I could see him trying to sneak in. At least we know he was as flustered as I was.“Don't kick me, don't touch, and don't…..just don't” I said without moving a finger to look at him
“I think the dont touch was…… Nevermind, don't worry I won't” I could hear his voice breaking like I broke his heart or maybe his hope………..
“This is” I interrupted his talk while none of us were listening.
“It's the doge’s palace,” I said to Advit tapping his shoulder while he looked at me with gimmer in his eyes like a lost puppy, ““You tell me, that only one family lived here?” he exclaimed
“Must be lonely!”“That's what I am without you!” his eyes shined again. I Can't tell if it's admiration or him being the clown that he is. I just rolled my eyes at his statement.
We roamed around the doge's palace for about 2 hours, and couldn't spend more than that. The dungeons were suffocating, it was wider and longer and bigger than any of the forts I have been to in India.
I do love historical places but today I realised only in India. Our history and the places that hold those memories have a scent, a special scent to it. The one that makes you wonder how many people might have shared their memories at places like this. Not saying that historical places outside India don't have that but apne desh ka mazza hi kuch aur hai!
……….
“What are you doing?” he said in amazement as I stood behind a glass door glaring at the cook.
“They told me to wait outside for my pizza, so” I raised my hands in the air and squinted my eyes at the cook, “I am WAITING”
“Shivani, they are calling the cops!” a giggle left his mouth, I looked at him with glaring eyes, “They are taking so much time, dominos is faster”
“You will get arrested if you tell them you like dominos ka pizza”
“Aren't we getting late for the gondola ride?” He spoke again because I didn't reply to his last statement.
“Hey, you!” I called the guide, “They aren't giving me my pizza
……
We finally got my pizza after a while and left for the gondola ride.
“You still won't admit that you ...leave love ...even like me or you just choose to ignore what happened and not talk to me” I heard him say while I was adoring the view above the river.
Not adoring actually I was cursing my mother in my mind, no lingerie no idea. This is all her fault.“Venice is really Europe ka Dharavi!” I exclaimed not looking at him once during the whole conversation.
“Shivani!!!” he sighed in frustration“What?? You want me to say….that my sexual desire took over me for once and I stopped thinking logically, is that what you want”
“Is that what that was, merely sexual frustration?” his eyes were wet, and I could see a tear forming to drip.
“Yes” I hummed in a very low pitched tone, guilty of what I said but sadly it was the truth.
