chapter 17

Phil's POV

We arrived at pizza express , I don't think Dan's ever been so nervous
His knee was shaking in his seat ,I place my hand on his knee to keep it still he looks at me "thanks" he says " welcome" I wink back at him , then we get out the taxi
I insisted on paying for the taxi because dans buying my dinner

I liked it inside because it was warm and cosey , Dan had chosen a very old fashioned pub-like pizza express and booked a nice privet seating area so it was just us and it was amazing.

The waitress came over with two menu's and a lighter ,she gave us the menu and used the lighter to light some candles in the middle of the table , it looked so nice "so Dan " i look up from the menu "what do you fancy?" Dan looks up at my and smiles in a whispered voice he says "you"
I laugh a little "dannn" "I meant on the menu" Dan looks at the menu and back at me " I don't know , a salad mabey ?"
"Ye I'll have one too"
Dan called the waitress over
"Two salads please"
She wrote down our order and
Looks up "anything els
" no ,thanks" Dan says.
I'm sure we both wanted her to leave so we could have at least a little alone time. Dan reaches over the table and holds both my hand , his thumbs on the top of my hand moving in a circular motion , he looks at me with his chocolate brown eyes he really is heart eyes Howell "Dan I'm loving this date so far" Dan grins "its only just started"
