Loud moans of pleasure echoed through the halls, unmistakably belonging to Diluc. From Evan's room, his name repeated over and over again, a testament to the intimacy they shared. Evan's lips traced gentle paths along Diluc's neck, each kiss a blend of tenderness and unspoken emotion. Yet, amidst the passion, Evan's movements seemed hesitant, burdened by an invisible weight. He paused, his breath hitching. Diluc, trying to catch his breath, sensed the shift. "Evan, are you alright?" he asked, concern lacing his voice. Instead of responding, Evan pulled away, sitting on the edge of the bed, his expression troubled. Diluc's worry deepened. "Evan, talk to me. What's wrong?" Evan finally spoke, his voice low and uncertain. "I think I might know who is behind the attacks, but I'm not sure." Diluc's curiosity was piqued, but before he could press further, Evan shook his head, a silent plea to let it go. "Forget I said anything," he murmured.
The next morning, the sun barely kissing the horizon, Diluc and Evan prepared to leave Mondstadt for their usual patrol. The tranquility of dawn was shattered by the sight of yet another swarm of hilichurls advancing towards them. Diluc sighed, his exasperation evident. "Again? Really?" he muttered, readying himself for yet another battle. But Evan, with a newfound determination in his eyes, stepped forward. "There you are," he said, his voice carrying a mix of recognition and resolve. "Dealing with you will be the easy part." Without hesitation, Evan charged at the hilichurls, forsaking any weapons and relying solely on his elemental powers. Flames and lightning erupted from his hands, cutting through the swarm with a ferocity that left Diluc in awe.
As Evan fought, his mastery over his elements was nothing short of breathtaking. He moved with a fluid grace, each strike precise and devastating. Pyro and Electro intertwined, creating a deadly dance that decimated the hilichurls. Diluc, momentarily stunned, watched in amazement. Evan's power was formidable, his control impeccable. It was clear that he was not just a warrior but a force of nature.
When the last of the hilichurls fell, Evan turned back to Diluc, a satisfied smile on his lips. "Ready?" he asked, as if the skirmish had been nothing more than a warm-up. Diluc, still processing the display of power, nodded. "Thank you for clearing the way," he said, genuine gratitude in his voice. Together, they set off on their patrol, the earlier tension between them momentarily forgotten. As they walked, Diluc's thoughts kept returning to the previous night. Evan's hesitation, his cryptic words, there was more to this than just the battles they faced. He wanted to understand, to help, but he respected Evan's need for space. For now, they had a job to do, and the threat to Mondstadt was too immediate to ignore.
Their patrol took them through the outskirts of the city, where the signs of recent battles were evident. Scorched earth and broken weapons littered the ground, a testament to the ongoing struggle. Diluc and Evan moved with practiced caution, their senses alert to any danger. Despite the tranquility of the morning, an underlying tension hung in the air, a reminder of the constant threat they faced. Evan's earlier display of power had been impressive, but it also left Diluc with a sense of unease. The sheer intensity of Evan's abilities was astonishing, yet it hinted at something deeper, something that Evan had yet to reveal. Diluc resolved to find a moment to talk to Evan, to understand what was troubling him and how they could face it together.
Their patrol continued without incident, but the silence between them grew heavier. Finally, as they reached a quiet spot overlooking the city, Diluc turned to Evan. "We need to talk," he said, his voice gentle but firm. Evan met his gaze, a flicker of hesitation in his eyes. "About last night, and what you said." Evan sighed, running a hand through his hair. "Diluc, it's complicated. I don't even know if my suspicions are correct."
"Then let's figure it out together," Diluc replied, stepping closer. "Whatever it is, we can handle it. But I can't help if you don't let me in." Evan's resolve seemed to waver, and he finally nodded. "Alright. But not here. Let's finish our patrol first." Diluc nodded but as he was about to walk away, Evan got hold of his hand stopping him. ''Or... Should we?~'' Diluc glanced at Evan's eyes. Diluc pulled him closer to him. '' Last night, I think last night we left something unfinished?~'' ''Evan...But, here?'' Diluc asked as he was hasitating. ''It's quiet, no one will see us, after all, I think that we do deserve a break, right?~'' Diluc's gaze softened and his cheeks got a light red colour. His heart was raising. Evan holded Diluc to his amrs and gentle moved him downward's so their bodies could rest on the grass. Once again, loud moans of pleasure echoed. Each time louder with more and more passion, words of love were exchanged from both lovers. It's Evan's thrusting holded strong emotions of passion for Diluc.
Diluc gribbed the grass beneath him and squeezed it tightly. Evan was holding onto Diluc's waist, controlling his moves and thrust's, with his lips he created a path of warm gentle kisses on Dilucs back. Both breathing heavily, their hearts were raising their mind's were blured by pleasure. There were close, so close. With one last rough thrust, Diluc and Evan left both a loud moan at once.
