(Eddie Brock/Venom x nb!reader)
Your boyfriend Eddie has been acting odd lately. Recently he’s been coming home late, and for some reason he always craves food. Sometimes, you hear him talking to himself in the bathroom, like: “Get a hold of yourself!” “No, we do not eat him!”
One night, you're sitting in your shared bed. When you suddenly hear a window break, you stand up and move to investigate the sudden shatter. When you suddenly see a nine foot tall symbiote, standing in front of you
"Shit," you hiss under your breath as you back away slowly.
Venom smirks and looks you up and down. He finds you attractive… Very attractive…
Venom: “What’s a pretty little girl like you doing with a loser like him?” he says, his voice was a deep growl yet very attractive
"What-?" You splutter, your fear melting into confusion.
he chuckles, he slowly walks closer and towers over you, using his massive size and height to intimidate you
Venom: “I’m just wondering how a cute thing like you could be with a loser like Eddie… what exactly do you see in the twerp?”
"Don't you dare insult Eddie like that!" You look offended as you pick up a slipper and chuck it at him. "I don't care who or what you are, but you are not going to break into my house and insult my boyfriend!" You throw the other slipper at him.
he chuckles at your boldness, he catches each slipper with ease. The only reaction he had was a smirk
Venom: “Feisty… cute too…” he says, he towers over you, his eyes scanning you up and down, like he was studying you “So defensive of your little loser of a boyfriend…””
He tosses the slippers back to the ground and gets closer to you, his smirk never leaving his face
Venom: “You’re really willing to defend that loser? After all he’s done? After all the lies he’s told you?”
"I-" you pause and glance at the floor before glaring up at him, "Shut up. What the hell do you know about Eddie's a I's relationship?"
he just chuckles, his smirk growing, amused by your courage
Venom: “More then you realize… I know every little thing about your boyfriend… I’m inside his head 24/7… that means every dirty little though he’s ever had… every secret he’s ever kept from you… I’m aware of it all~”
You blink in confusion before shaking your head in disbelief, "this is crazy, I'm talking about my relationship problems with a- what are you?"
he chuckles at your question, he finds you so cute and amusing
Venom: “I’m a symbiote, you know… alien bonded to Eddie’s body…” he says, not leaving your side “Now back to your boyfriend… You wanna know one of his secrets?”
"Wait wait wait! Bonded? What does that mean?" You look so confused as you slowly make your way to your couch, sitting down and pulling your knees to your chest
he grins at your confusion, it was as if he was toying with you for his own enjoyment
Venom: “It means I live inside of him… like we are permanently attached to each-other, whether he likes it or not… think of me as a roommate, but I can’t leave his body”
he slowly moves closer and stands about a foot away from you, studying you up and down
"How.. how long have you been in Eddie? God, that sounds so wrong," you mutter the last part, burying your face in your knees
